I have horizontal cracks on my front teeth. I chew hard substances due to which my molars have been pushed deep into my gums. I feel occasional pain while brushing or eating cold stuff. What should I do to stop further decay?

Firstly, it needs to see your tooth condition or a x-ray to recommend any treatment. If your tooth is badly infected then it is good to pull out the tooth.
