I got braces to fix my underbite after extraction why does my jaw still look the same and gaps not closing yet? (photos)

I got my braces last year i was 21to treat a mild underbite my orthodontist extracted my two upper premolar now after a year I can see some changes my top teeth are coming over but my gaps aren't closed and my orthodontist use coil springs but it's not moving that fast and my jaw looks same
