This is an adult braces experience that is being addressed. He is recommending four more extractions as the only other option to reduce the overjet and the overall aesthetic outcome of the treatment. My wisdom teeth were extracted six years ago and I waited three years after the extractions to get orthodontic treatment.

If there is something that does not look right to you, your dentist should fix it before taking the braces off. You can insist that it be adjusted to your satisfaction. Remember, your provider works for you. You should be the one that says it is ok to remove them.
