I got my invisaligns early this morning. I can't keep them in no longer than 15mins itching my tongue causing me to gag. Dentist gave me some type of oral gel to numb some back areas but it doesn't help long enough. Any thoughts on what to do? I'd hate to have to just throw the whole process away.
