I’m 27 and almost finished with my Invisalign treatment. I’m very happy with the results but I still have very large dark spaces at the corners of my smile. What are my best options to reduce them?
Answer: Narrow smile Your dental arches are narrow. Widening the arches is best achieved when you are very young (less than 11-12). At this point you can get some expansion of the arches with regular orthodontics (but not nearly as much as you would have gotten as a child) and with veneers. My opinion is you probably won't be able to get rid of the buccal corridors completely. Good luck, sometimes every bit helps.

Answer: Wider smile Your best option is to find a good cosmetic dentist who can do veneers to build those teeth out. You can test drive it with some bonding, but long term, other than more ortho and surgery, the easiest way will be with veneers.

Answer: Best option to widen smile? (Photo) Based on the photos, your arches are narrow and as a result show as dark spaces in the back when you smile. You can have orthodontic treatment to expand the arches or build up the teeth in the back with veneers. This will improve the symmetry and harmony of your teeth when you smile.
