I agree with one of the previous docs who said that it maybe your lip and not your teeth per se. Your left side of the lip maybe hyper mobile. Easiest reversible procedure is to try botoxing the left side and see if that will even out your smile. If not an analysis of your teeth position can determine if braces or gum recontouring in addition to veneers would be a better option for you. Good luck!

Your dental arches are narrow. Widening the arches is best achieved when you are very young (less than 11-12). At this point you can get some expansion of the arches with regular orthodontics (but not nearly as much as you would have gotten as a child) and with veneers. My opinion is you probably won't be able to get rid of the buccal corridors completely. Good luck, sometimes every bit helps.

You'll be throwing money down the drain trying to do a new bridge. I would have done implants yesterday there. Implants are not for old age. They are a great way to restore your oral health if you are a candidate for them.

Try doing botox, it is reversible to see if the corners of your lips don't raise up as much.

P.S. I actually like your full smile. You are being yourself's worst critic.

At a minimum you can do a laser gum recontouring which is easy and relatively painless then you can talk to your dentist if porcelain veneers are warranted.
