How do you know if the infection from an extracted tooth was fully taken out prior to the bone graft?

2 moths ago I had #15 extracted. is was a root-canalled tooth with a large infection and a cyst on a root. The cadaver bone graft was done right after the tooth was out. I am starting to feel a fullness in that area and the gums are a brighter pink (but not swollen). Oddly enough, I've been waking up with my RIGHT eye swollen and the lid filled with fluid. Wondering if I should be taking the time to get this looked into or this is normal while the bone is healing. Thank you for any thoughts.
