Hi,thanks for the question.The pigmentation could be friction induced if you have the habit of continuously wiping your forehead if you perspire excessively,then firstly you need to discontinue doing the same.Then start with skin peels,skin lightening agents and sunscreen application along with photo protection.Do consult a board certified dermatologist for the best advise

Hi thanks for your enquiry ,you have developed severe post inflammatory hyperpigmentation ,due to may be please do check if you had used any over the counter fairness creams ,improper sunprotection,Hence do consult a board certified dermatologist and take treatment only under medical supervision.absolute sun proctection with broad spectrum sunscreen is mandatory during treatment.
