I had a root canal go bad and one of the roots split off towards my back bottom tooth and down to bone and has gotten infected due to a hole that formed in the root canal and caused the back tooth next to it got a cavity, decayed and had multiple abscesses. Had root canal removed a week ago and bone graft. Can’t root canal decayed tooth until this heals some. Stitches came out and it’s a hole, more painful and now has multiple abscesses below and one above. This just doesn’t seem right!

The white stuff is the bone graft material. It's best to stitch the gums completely over this graft material so that it does not become contaminated by germs in the saliva. When contaminated, there will be a good chance that the graft will need repeating.
Why are you wanting the bone graft removed? I would recommend you leave it unless you have some sort of infection. Whatever graft material hasn't taken yet can probably be removed. But then you're risking the bone not healing properly or healing with insufficient bone in that area.
