I'm not happy with my results, is there anything I can do? (Photos)

Nice photos!Your teeth look pretty good, but if you are not happy, then the case is not finished.If you have given it enough time to evaluate, and you still are not happy, speak withthe person that did the Invisalign and be specific in your areas of dissatisfaction.He or she want to make you happy, so in all likelihood they will find a way to workwith you.

You were probably unrealistic in your expectations thinking you would get a perfect smile.   Your lower front teeth  do look like they could be a little straighter and better aligned. Your other teeth look pretty good.  If you discussed with your orthodontist what changes you wanted and he told you this is as good as he could get it, then you were probably looking for changes that are not possible.  If you have requests that are reasonable, then he may be willing to help you. I would visit him once more and communicate what it is you would like to see changed  and see if it is possible.

The photos display a VERY nice alignment.  Many would insist it appears perfect.  Perfection is a goal I NEVER suggest to pursue, so definition of perfection would help.It is likely that SOMETHING can be done, but may not be worth the time and money to get there.  The big challenge with orthodontics for "really small changes" is that once brackets are removed (or aligners discontinued) teeth will shift/settle.  Even with retainers.
