No clear vision after 1 month of Lasik. Used Vigamox and fml drops for 1month.

I had Lasik 1 month back. My doctor told me to use 3 types of drops for 1 month. One of the drops is Vigamox (anti bacteria). When I went to see another doctor after 1 month, she said one should not use Vigamox more than 7-10 days. I used it for a month. She said my vision is not clear because of over usage. She asked me to discontinue it and consult after 2 more months. Will it harm my eyes since I overused it? Will I get clear vision ever?

You do not have to worry: drinking alcohol did not affect your final result. It may have caused a little dryness, which can take awhile to go away. Make sure to take omega-3 fish oil pills, 3 pills per day, to help with the dryness.

In a word, yes. Many find nighttime driving easier with minor glasses correction. Wearing glasses will not harm or change your vision.

Absolutely. In fact, you can use them anytime after Lasik, even that very day. Most patients take antibiotic eyedrops during the first week after Lasik.
