I have pale skin and dark circles with a blue/purple color. I’ve been told by a board-certified plastic surgeon they won’t improve with filler because there’s no hollow. I’ve tested negative for anemia. It’s blue/purple (not brown hyperpigmentation) and I’m only 25 and it’s always been there so I don’t think it’s loss of collagen. I don’t have any allergies. So I’m left thinking I have these circles because I have a lot of blood vessels - can vbeam help me, or is concealer my only hope?
