How Soon After Surgery for a Squamous Cell Cancer on the Scalp Should Radiation Be Started?

Mohs showed clear margins and sentinel node biopsy was negative. Squamous was a spindle cell and wound was closed with a skin graft.

Yes. Aquaphor or Vaseline or other emollient product would be great for wound healing at this point, in most cases. Check with your surgeon to be sure, but in most cases this is perfectly fine. I hope this helps.
