About three and a half weeks ago, I was prescribed tretinoin .025% cream (once a day) clindamycin phosphate 1% (once a day) and also told to use PanOxyl 4% wash. I have not seen significant improvements and am worried. I was wondering how often to use PanOxyl--should I use it in the morning and at night? And should I use the Clindamycin with tretinoin or not? If so, which should go first?
