Depending on how bad the staining is, Bioclear may or may not work. A cosmetic dentist should be able to try it on one tooth to see if it gives you the result you want. Otherwise, Porcelain veneers are probably your best bet.
The Bioclear method uses a composite resin bonded to the tooth to alter is size, shape, and color. However, many resins have some level of translucency so they don't look "fake". If the teeth are significantly dark, the color will shine thru OR in an effort to block the color the result may be THICK Bioclear restorations. If Bioclear is not an option, then porcelain will be needed as an alternative. If your dentist is experienced with BOTH options, they can guide you on the best choice.
