What is the safest way to treat redness and texture in the beard area? (3 year old beard transplant)

rickuz
I have mild, diffuse redness and subtle texture irregularities in a beard-transplant area (3 years post-op). No inflammation—just stable pinkness and fine surface unevenness. The beard hair itself is all good, and it hides the skin issues well. I only seek to improve the skin without destroying hair growth. How safe is non-ablative fractional 1550 nm (low energy, low density) in a beard area? Is it safer than IPL in hairy areas, and what kind of results could I expect?
