I have 450 cc round silicone breast implants and want to go down to 150 cc. My goal is to look as though I don't have implants. I have moderate profile under the muscle. I like that they are close together. Would 150 cc low profile implants create a natural look and feel, or is it simply just impossible to actually look and feel natural with breast implants?

It is hard to predict what any pair of breast will look like after pregnancy. Some look perfectly fine, some look a bit saggy, and still some look awful. I think it is multifactorial: genetics, weight gain and loss, quality of the tissues, etc..
