I had Invisalign about 10 years ago. Do I need a permanent wire retainer?

Seems this might not be done anymore...the lowers were moved very little...no spaces and teeth were straight. I had done this for a space in my upper teeth...Thanks

After any ortho treatment you need to get retainers so your teeth won't move again. These retainers could be clear aligners or permanent wires. You need to see your dentist/ orthodontist to discuss your best options.
