I have struggled with slowly putting on weight for the last 10 years. I have had some slight success with different diets and working out. Unfortunately I suffer from asthma and bad knees, both exacerbated by the weight. I was slender up until my early 20’s and have been putting on about 20lbs a year, losing and then gaining it again. I need help!
