I had 0.5ml of filler placed in each upper cheek 7 weeks ago. The injector hit a vein and left me with a bad haematoma. I am now at 7 weeks and the bruising has not changed now for the last 3 weeks. I have been diagnosed with hemosiderin staining and I am unable to cover it successfully with makeup. I have read that Q-Switched laser can be effective? What depth would the laser be best set at for under eye? Is it safe in this area & are there any risks of making things worse?
