I had a great experience. The staff is so nice and explained the procedure well. Environment is clean, neat, professional and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and do again. The only opportunity for improvement would be that it took much longer than I was told. Instead of 45 min to numb, I waited 1.5 hours, which lead to the overall process taking about an hiur longer than anticipated.
