Started struggling with cellulite after my third pregnancy. Dropped the baby weight, but the cottage cheese and lumpy appearance stayed, despite diet and exercise. I tried personal trainers, cellulite devices (waste of money), creams, foams and pumice rocks....and a whole lot of tears. Decided spanks, slips, dark colored pants and lined skirts would be forever in my future. When the Aesthetician in my Botox injector's practice told me about Qwo, I was very skeptical. I thought there's no way something as simple as an injection could tackle my problem. But I was so wrong! For after treatment, the injector recommended compression garments (for the first 3 days), INhance post-injection serum (apply 3x a day) and arnica. I bought the serum and arnica tablets, but completely forgot and actually followed none of her recommendations. The bruising after the first treatment was intense (my butt was black as tar!), but hardly any pain or tenderness at all. I bruise really easily, which is probably why she recommended all of those bruise options. I followed her directions after the second treatment, and there was hardly any bruising at all!!! She told me it could be one or two level smoothing, but some of the dimples might not respond at all. My cellulite had been a part of me for over 10 years, so I didn't expect a huge improvement. Most of the dimples smoothed somewhat and some of them smoothed completely! There were 2 lower dimples, one on each cheek, that didn't change at all, but she said they're probably not traditional dimples, so I might do fat transfer or filler. Or I may just leave them alone. We decided not to do a 3rd treatment, since I've gotten such an amazing improvement already. I'm so glad I took a chance!
I been in the office 3 times for two different services and the welcoming atmosphere is always great. Every body is very cordial, professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I was afraid that my face will look fake and force to appears younger. Gary expertises have me looking fabulous at 63 . Thank you guys. See you soon. From no one there I have ever feel pressure to by anything treatments or products.
I’m starting up this journal since I’m in the process of booking consultations with local Sculpsure providers and would like to share my experience from very beginning of my Sculpsure journey. My primary interest is in reducing the fat (“pooch”) in my lower abdomen. See before pics posted. A little history: I first learned about Sculpsure 2 years ago when consulting with a PS regarding another procedure - a Sculpture poster/ad just happened to be in sitting in the waiting room. The focus of the poster/ad was the lower abdomen, which happens to be the one area on my body I find the most stubborn when it comes to fat. Naturally this intrigued me and I jokingly mentioned back then (2 years ago) that this was definitely something I needed! As they say: “many a true word is spoken in jest”. Lol.My specs and various ramblings: I’m 5’ 5” and my weight fluctuates between 126 lbs to 131lbs. Right now I’m at my high end and I hope to lose a couple lbs. I don’t really consider myself to be overweight, but naturally I prefer being on the lighter end. However even with exercise (i.e. sit-ups, crunches, and swimming) I have to get well below 126 lbs in order for the pooch in my lower abdomen to completely disappear. I’ve been able to do this a few times in my life. For example: one year ago my weight went down to 122 lbs (for about 5 minutes) after basically starving myself for a week (lol); and yes my stomach was completely flat during those fleeting moments. Unfortunately it’s not only a challenge to get below 126 lbs and stay there, I’ve found when I do go below 126lbs my face gets very thin with hollowed cheeks. Let me also add that it doesn’t help being my age (62). Lol.Other ideas/research: I’ve also considered Cool Sculpting (another targeted fat therapy). However based on my research (via the internet and the Doctors Q&A here) Sculpsure appears to have fewer side effects and zero problems with unevenness (i.e. visible lumpiness, “shelving”) compared to Cool Sculpting. For this among other reasons I’ve decided that Sculpsure is the better option for me.Additional info: One of the reasons I didn’t proceed with the Sculpsure a couple years ago is because I had other concerns of which I also have reviews here on. This is good timing for me because being part of the Realfriends program here I may also have the opportunity to receive two complimentary Sculpture treatments in the near future. I’ll keep you posted if I do.I look forward with excitement to finding out if Sculpsure works for me. As mention above I’m in the process of booking consultations. I’ve already booked two consults and plan on booking one more. I’ll keep you posted on who, what, where and when. Lastly:If any of you have have experienced Sculpsure and have tips this would be greatly appreciated. I also just posted a question in the Doctor’s Q&A here on what kind of questions to ask during a Sculpsure consultation. I look forward to hearing from them as well as any of you that may have tips and advice to offer. To be continued. :-)I received this complimentary treatment through the RealFriends program. Updated on 14 Apr 2018: Aside from reading articles, seeing at videos online and looking at other member’s reviews I also posted a couple questions in the doctors Q&A section on Sculpsure and wanted to share these with you. See links below. One thing to know is when you post a question in the Doctors Q&A be sure to check back periodically to see if another doctor has responded. Question one: What questions should I ask during a SculpSure consultation?https://www.realself.com/quest...Question two: How do you determine treatment area and/or pricing? https://www.realself.com/quest...So far I’ve had one consultation. I have another one scheduled for April 16. I plan on posting all the details about my consults in another update after I finished all my consults. I’ve also posted another set of before pics for variation on the truth of the matter. And I think it always makes an update more interesting when you post a pic. Imo pics (both before and Afters) very rarely tell the whole truth. Our bodies fluctuate from day today even from hour to hour. Not to mention we all know that after a full meal the stomach is going to protrude more than when it’s on empty stomach. Lol. That’s all for now. :-) Updated on 17 Jun 2018: It’s taking me a little while to get things going for reasons which I don’t really need to discuss here. However I thought I’d go ahead and discuss my “pre-consultation weeding out” process. Before booking actual consultations I called several Sculpsure provider’s in my area (all found via the “Find a Doctor” search at realself); and I asked if I could simply stop by and look at there before/after’s pics (over the counter so to speak) prior to booking a consultation. Of course I realize you can also check out before/after’s online. However one thing I’ve observed is that a number of SculpSure providers do not have many (if any) before/after pics or many reviews available online yet. Perhaps because the procedure is fairly new. - - - According to my research Sculpture was first fda approved about 3 years ago; and some areas of the body have only been FDA approved within the last year. So I was looking for providers that have been practicing for minimum of two+ years with at least 3 to 4 before/after pics (from their own portfolios) of the lower abs (my area of concern). Questions I asked over the phone before booking consultations: how long has the sculpsure laser device been in your office? And how many before/after pics do you have to show me of the abdomen? And who is actually doing the procedure? - - - One thing to be aware of: even if you just pick a board certified PS as the provider the PS may not be the one doing the the procedure. And this was the case with all the PS offices I called. So (imo) it is important to ask who will be doing the SculpSure treatment and how much experience they have. I was told by one practice told me that even though the PS did not do the procedure th PS checked the machine prior to the procedure being performed. - - - Most of the places I contacted were very cooperative about letting me look at the bef/afters (prior to an actual consult) and said I could stop by anytime. I loved the expediency of this process and the fact that I didn’t have to fill out forms and reveal all my personal info at this stage. There were some that told me they didn’t really have that many before/after pics since they hadn’t been doing it all that long. That was good info get over the phone; and these we’re providers that were automatically weeded out. - - - Through this process of elimination I found two Sculpsure providers in my area that I felt had enough experience under the belt for my comfort level. And I booked consultations with them after reviewing there before/after pics. Both of them gave great consultations; they took the time to carefully explain the procedure to me. They also showed me the equipment. And one of them even placed the applicators onto my lower abdomen to see how they fit. Btw, this is not to say there are only two providers in my area that I think are qualified. After all I didn’t contact every single SculpSure provider in my area. I will reveal who both of these providers are (both whom I would highly recommend) once my first treatment is scheduled. In the meantime I hope the process I’ve explained above is helpful. I’ve actually used it for other procedures as well. More info to come. :-) Updated on 20 Jun 2018: As mentioned in my prior update I went to two consultations. One was with Candace Valencia (licensed esthetician/ manager) at Winter Park Laser and the other was at the office of Dr. Brian P Joseph, MD with one of his estheticians (Jami). Have to say both consultations were excellent. - - Candace Valencia of Winter Park Laser was very thorough in explaining the Sculpsure process. She also took the time to examine my abdomen and gave me her opinion on how many applicators and treatments she thought I would need. Additionally she showed me the equipment as well as the different settings on the controller. - - One of questions I asked Candace: can I take a painkiller before hand? I’d heard this treatment can be painful - something I’m not looking forward to. Her opinion was absolutely not, because she wanted the patient to feel how much pain there was during the procedure so the levels could be set properly. She also said the pain is similar to the feeling of cramps and didn’t think I would need painkillers. I’ll soon find out. LOL. I could tell by the way she handled herself and discussed the subject she had a lot of experience doing this procedure. - - At the office of Dr Joseph (Jami / aesthetician) was also very thorough. I actually know Jami because I’ve had lymphatic massage with her before. She’s very sweet and really knows her stuff. She was also very thorough and answered all my questions. She even took the time to place the applicators on my stomach to show me the different configurations in which they could be placed. - - It was a difficult decision deciding which one to go with. Honestly I would recommend either one of these providers. However I decided to go with Candace Valencia at Winter Park Laser. I felt both were perfectly capable. However I kind of felt (based on my discussions with both) that Candace probably had a little more experience with the procedure. Although this is not to reflect poorly on Dr Joseph or Jami. - - So I’m scheduled for June 25, 2018 with Candace Valencia for my first of two treatments. I look forward with excitement to getting started! :-) Updated on 24 Jun 2018: So tomorrow is my big day! I very much appreciate all the support of gotten here and those that have wished me good luck! Btw, for those getting sculpsure be sure to read your pre treatment / post treatment instructions at least a week in advance. Although I’d read them a while ago I had forgotten details. So I was just looking over them today again and reading that I am to “avoid direct sun exposure to the treatment area seven days before the treatment”. Glad I didn’t make any beach trip this week, although my husband had suggested it on more than one occasion. Lol. Interestingly it doesn’t say anything about sun exposure after the treatment. I’ll have to ask my provider about that one It does states I “may resume normal activity including exercise immediately post treatment”, which is good to know. I won’t have to just lay around feeling swollen and bloated post treatment. :-) Updated on 25 Jun 2018: I set my alarm early in this morning to give myself plenty of time to follow the “day of treatment pre-treatment instructions”. In addition to showering or bathing the same day, it’s also recommend to eat a light meal and drinking a couple glasses of water before treatment. ——————————————————————————————————————— By around 8:30 AM (couple hours before my appointment) I decided to call the clinic and ask a couple questions. This when I was told (by one of their reps over the phone) it’s “best NOT to drink coffee before the treatment since caffeine can sometimes cause anxiety making the treatment more uncomfortable”. Oops I had already had 2+ cups of my favorite French roast coffee. And boy did I have a coffee buzz - not to mention all the anxiety and excitement being it was my first day. ——————————————————————————————————————— In any case this is when I decided to “wimp out” and take a Xanax (to take the edge off my coffee buzz) before going in. Lol. Although Candace discourages any kind of pain med, she was OK about a little Xanax (thankfully!). The only disadvantage of taking a Xanax is you then need someone to drive you to and from the appointment. Thankfully I had my hubby to help out there. —————————————————————————————————————— After arriving at the clinic and signing releases I was ushered into a room where they took a series of before pics. I also was examined by a physicians assistant to make sure there were no hernias, unusual nodules or lumps in the area treated being area. I’d filled out a medical forms prior to; however they just wanted to make sure everything felt okay. ______________________________________________________________________________ Candace then strapped the SculpSure frame around my lower abdomen and attached the applicators. As shown in the pics all 4 pads fit across my lower abdomen perfectly. Candace also explained there would be a “four minute warm-up” period where the machine would gradually increase in intensity until it reached an optimal level (level four on the chart posted posted) for fat burning. She also explained if at any point it got uncomfortable she could stop or even reduce the level. Also once they reach level four they can go up one more level if I choose to. ________________________________________________________________________________ Lastly she explained that during the warm up process she usually does not tell her patients what level they’re at until they've reached. Part of the reason is she doesn’t want the patient to push themself beyond what they truly feel is comfortable. However she told me, since I wanted to know. And fortunately I was able to make it up to the level four which on the picture chart posted is the green level. I decided to keep it there. Not sure I could’ve taken any more. _____________________________________________________________________________ How to describe: the laser sensation is an odd kind of discomfort very much the way I’ve read about - a feeling of burning, tingling with cramping (although nothing like menstrual cramps; not as bad, imo). And just when you feel it’s a little too uncomfortable the discomfort completely disappears with a cool blast. I was told the intervals of laser heat followed with the cool blasts are in 20 second intervals each. _________________________________________________________________________________ I found as the treatment continued my body adjusted. Everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. With me I’ve always taken what I referred to as the “relaxed go with the flow" method. For example whenever I’ve received a flu shot I’ve found the best way to deal with the pain is to totally relax the arm muscle when the needle goes in... this has always made it much less painful for me. I found this same method pretty much worked with the SculpSure as well. When I experienced the interval of discomfort I would just totally relax the area and go into to my “Zen” mode so to speak and the pain was a lot more tolerable. During the cooling period intervals when there were no pain I would take deep breaths through my nose (almost “Lamaze” style) and slowly exhale out my mouth to get myself relaxed for the next interval. __________________________________________________________________________________What made the whole process tolerable also was Candace staying by my side the entire time talking (she is friendly and personable); this was quite comforting not to mention good misdirection during the intervals where there was discomfort. I also had a chance to take a few selfie‘s during the process. And Candace took some pics as well. See posted. And before I knew it the treatment was over. _______________________________________________________________________________ What’s Interesting is when the applicators were removed the skin underneath felt very cool to touch. Almost as though there have been an ice pack sitting on the area. A little surprising, since I was expecting it to feel warm. One of the pics posted is immediately after removing the applicator. You can see the skin is a little reddish, but as mentioned it was very cold to touch at this time. I’ve been home for a several hours now and everything feels pretty much feels fine. At the most it feels like a mild sunburn and so far not much swelling. I have heard that the more fat there is the more pain and the more swelling. So it could be the fact that I didn’t have a whole lot of fat in this area to begin with the residual effects so far seem relatively mild. Although tomorrow may be another story. LOL. I’ll keep you posted. My next treatment is scheduled for Aug 10, 2018. Updated on 26 Jun 2018: Thought I’d go ahead and do another update since a number of you have asked how I’m doing the day after my treatment. But first a little more info about yesterday (the treatment day). Shortly after my treatment I felt a lump on my lower right side which was very tender to touch. That’s when I decided it was time to start massaging and drinking water per my instructions. Amazingly after gently massaging a couple times yesterday I noticed the lump was considerably smaller by the evening; and today it’s completely gone! _____________________________________________________________ Also by the evening (yesterday) my abdomen felt a little strained. But it was a good feeling (imo) - kind of like that feeling you have after running a marathon or doing a several hundred sit ups. LOL. I no longer have that strained feeling today. Although the area does feel a little tender but only when I push on it or if suck my stomach in. My skin which appeared a bit reddish in pic posted yesterday looks perfectly normal today as though nothing occurred at all. I realize now the redness was most likely due to pressure and cool blast effect of the Sculpsure applicators. I do have a little swelling although not noticeable in pic. In fact the only reason I’m posting a pic is because I think photos always make an update more interesting. Lol. ________________________________________________________________ So the fact is I’m feeling great so far! Of course feeling this good does also concern me a little; I suppose because with some of these treatments you think “no pain no gain”. But it is a relief to read (in the doctors Q&A) that the very mild symptoms I’m experiencing are pretty typical of SculpSure, especially if you follow the pre-treatment and post treatment instructions. I’ve massaged the areas at least three times since yesterday and have followed the instructions on drinking water (“6 to 8 glasses per day”) to the T (or should I say to the ounce?). In the past for convenience I would buy a case of (16 oz size) water to monitor my water consumption. This time I’m using a water filter pitcher and measuring it out myself. In fact I’ve been drinking the water directly out of the 16 oz glass measuring cup. Lol That’s all for now! Updated on 27 Jun 2018: At 2 days post treatment I'm definitely more swollen and tender. Before I could only feel the tenderness when I pushed on the treated area or sucked my stomach in. Now I feel it when walking, standing and sometimes when laying down. Thankfully it’s not so uncomfortable to warrant pain meds or even Tylenol. I’ve posted a pic collage to demonstrate how it may look worse at this stage (with all the swelling) than the before pic. Fyi I weight the same (129 lbs) in both pics. The swollen area also feels warm, soft and mushy like maybe something is melting in there. Lol. I’m actually kind of glad this is happening. Up until today the residual effects seemed so mild I was wondering if the laser had targeted enough fat cells. No more concerns about that! Lol. —————————————————————————————-— I called the clinic to make sure it was OK to do things like swim or go into a hot Jacuzzi. And everything was a go. So today I hit the Jacuzzi, did some laps in the pool and even did a few sits ups. Interesting I also able to do sit ups without any feeling of discomfort. The tenderness is definitely in the fatty layers in between the muscles and skin... and not in the abdominal muscles. Although I’m wondering now if I over did it, since I’m feeling a little strain in areas I didn’t feel before. I applied an ice pack for 15 minutes. And I think I’ll take be taking it easy tomorrow. ——————————————————————————————————— So far I haven’t experienced any more nodules since the one I had the very first day (before massaging). I’ve been keeping up with the massage (at least twice a day) and drinking lots of water. That’s all for now. :-) Updated on 30 Jun 2018: My swelling has subsided a bit since my last update. I’m at the point where I don’t feel it’s going to swell anymore. I haven’t taken any NSAIDs (not even Tylenol). And I’ve also limited my use on ice. Not surprisingly there are different opinions about icing in the doctors Q & A. See link below. My own provider said it was OK to ice. And majority in the Q&A also seem to agree that “icing should not diminish the effects” of Sculpsure; however some have stated that ice “might decrease the inflammatory reaction, decreasing the destruction of fat”. ——————————————————————— The last couple days I’ve observed soreness beyond the treated areas (above my waistline and towards my flanks). I kind of expected this as I’ve read about the “feathering” effect with Sculpsure - “the laser energy fans out beyond the applicators”. This is also the reason why you’re less likely to see “shelving” or unusual dips in the skin compared to coolsculpting. ———————————————————————— I’m also observing mild bruising (slight yellowish discoloration) in a couple areas for the first time this morning. I’ve circled them in the pic collage since they’re not very visible in photo. I don’t believe they are result of skin burn but more likely broken blood vessels (from underneath) coming to the surface (perhaps exacerbated by my massaging). In fact one of the areas area is where I felt a lump under the skin on the first day of treatment. Once again there are different opinions about bruising in the Q&A (Lol) - some say it’s a “rare occurrence” with sculpsure; others say it’s not unusual. I’m not too concerned. I’ve always bruised very easily, so this is was no surprise for me. :-) ———————————————————————————-— Does the laser extend out beyond the applicator plate? https://www.realself.com/question/tustin-ca-sculpsure-plates-treatment-area-question ——————————————————————————————— After having SculpSure today can I use ice on area?https://www.realself.com/question/scranton-pa-i-abdominal-soreness-after-sculpsure-today-ice-area Updated on 5 Jul 2018: Overall I’m feeling good. But to clarify that. I’m feeling good that my swelling and tenderness is still present (lol), especially given everything I’ve read about sculpsure treatments “inflammatory fat destruction process...”. In all honesty it’s easy to swing from accepting the inflammation as a good thing (i.e “the new normal”) to wanting to ice the area to reduce the inflammation. So is this good or am I crazy? Lol. ——————————————————————————— At nine days post treatment swelling has subsided considerably, but tenderness is still present. A couple days ago I felt little pings and jabs in the treated area almost like nerves waking back up. The tenderness also vacillates. Yesterday morning I was beginning to think the majority the tenderness was gone, but by late afternoon I could feel it more. I also notice it more after exercising. Interestingly one the MDs the Doctor’s Q&A says to: “engage in physical activities like cardio exercise, biking, walking... immediately after SculpSure treatment to help mobilize the fat cells and assist in the elimination process.” This may also explain why I have more tenderness and inflammation after exercise. ———————————————————————————- The mild bruising (yellow discoloration) I had is almost completely gone. Any remaining discoloration can only be seen close up (in bright lighting) as shown in the pic posted... if even visible from your monitor or screen. ———————————————————————————- My weight has been pretty stable at 129/130lbs. I’m at the heavy end of the scale. Normally I’d be trying to lose a few lbs; however I haven’t been motivated to lose weight for a couple reasons. For one I don’t really feel comfortable losing weight when my body feels like it’s in a recovery mode. My other thought is the results would be more honest if I maintain a stable weight. Or is this a just good excuse to pig out on a bowl of tortilla chips (one of my favorite snacks). Lol. I actually do plan on losing weight but I’m taking my time. ———————————————————————————- Based on Info I’ve read (articles and abstracts) I may have tenderness for another week or two. Well knowing me it could even be even be longer. The good thing is I’m not uncomfortable and haven’t felt need to take any kind of analgesics. Just a little ice now and then. That’s all for now. :-) ——————————————————————————-—- From the doctors Q&A: How to help SculpSure results? https://www.realself.com/question/tennessee-tn-sculpsure-results Updated on 13 Jul 2018: At 17 days post treatment I thought I'd do an update to let everyone know how I'm doing. Since about two weeks post treatment I've felt everything was pretty much back to normal. No noticeable swelling. The only time I notice anything different is after exercising. But it’s very slight. There is still slight discoloration on my lower right side. But this doesn’t surprise me; my bruising has always tended to linger for weeks. If pushing down the area I can also feel a very small nodule. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m continuing to massage and drink water as instructed. I was told it’s good to massage even if you don’t feel any nodules. One person I know who stopped massaging early on told me she discovered a nodule a few weeks out. —————————————————————--------------- Overall I feel the process has been a breeze, especially compared to other procedures I’ve had the past (including other types of laser treatments). Even with my worst swelling/tenderness I really didn’t feel it was preventing me from doing any activities. From day one I’ve gone swimming at my gym with the area exposed. Mind you we are our own worst critics. So what appeared to be a lot of puffiness (to me) at 2 / 3 days after no one else took notice... not even my husband. ——————————————————————---------—— Right now I think it looks about the same now as it did before. There are some days where I feel slightly thinner in the area than other days. However that was the case before treatment. We all have "fat" days and "thin" days. So I’m being very realistic about the whole process. I’m not expecting to see noticeable results for at least 6 to 12 weeks post treatment. For this reason I probably won’t do another update until at least six weeks post treatment. Hope my info has been helpful. Also as I’ve mentioned to others here: everyone responds differently to every procedure. So my information is to simply share what one could possibly experience… and not what should experience. That all for now. :-) Updated on 13 Aug 2018: At 7 weeks I figured it was time to do another update. By now I'd hoped to have another Sculpsure treatment completed; however due to persistent nodules my 2nd treatment has been delayed twice. What's interesting is I originally thought my "one" nodule (lower right side) was gone at one point; however four weeks out while massaging deeply I noticed it was still there. And I also observed a second nodule as well! Lol. The good thing is with persistent aggressive massage they are finally getting smaller. Most importantly the nodules haven't felt painful or sore at all...; although my hands are sore from all the aggressive massaging. Lol. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Naturally when you experience (i.e. nodules) something you want to research it as much as possible. And of course opinions differ. Lol. Some of PS say nodules are "rare". Others say they are "normal". In the Q & A here one PS mentioned that “in the FDA studies, 23 % of patients had nodules after treatment. Average duration was 70 days, minimum 35, maximum 139 days.” Imo 23% is not "rare". Another PS online mentioned that he thought nodules were "under reported" in the studies. This doesn't surprise me given all the questions about nodules in the Q & A here and other places online. Not to mention if I hadn't massaged as deeply as i did I may never have noticed mine. See links to a 2 (of the many) sculpsure Q&A's regarding nodules below. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Bottom line: I’m not worried about them at all. I've actually had experienced nodules (i.e. fat necrosis) before with prior lipo that eventually resolved. So I'm confident the nodulesI have now will also resolve. Now onto the good news: in the last several days I can honestly say (without wishful thinking) that I’m finally observing some changes; although it’s mostly how in how I feeling rather than in what I’m seeing in the mirror. However I do believe my collage demonstrates some subtle changes. I will be the first to admit that photos (especially selfies) are probably not the most accurate way of measuring minuscule amounts of fat loss at 7 weeks post treatment. Lol. Let’s also add in the fact that it’s extremely difficult to take two sets of pics in exact same lighting and angles. It’s also occurred to me that some of the slimming effect may have to do with all the water I’ve been drinking these past several weeks. According to the literature the more water you drink the less your body feels the need to retain it... therefore drinking lots of water can have a slimming effect. Google for more details. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In any case I'm pleased to see slimming effects despite the fact that I haven't lost any weight at all. If anything I've put on a lb. So for now my next treatment is scheduled for Sept 28, which will be just about 12 weeks from my first treatment. In the meantime I look forward to monitoring my progress and seeing more changes.... which according to the literature should occur up to 12 weeks post treatment. That's all for now. Please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like. :-) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A couple SulpSure Q & A's regarding nodules: https://www.realself.com/question/san-antonio-tx-lumps-permanent-after-sculpsure ————————————————————————————— https://www.realself.com/question/doylestown-pa-i-sculp-procedure-12-weeks-stomach-large-nodules-stomach-massage Updated on 11 Mar 2019: So I finally had my second treatment on March 7, 2019. That would make it a little over 8 months since my first treatment. The reason for my delay was I had a nodule that just took quite some time to resolve. I probably could’ve gone ahead and done the second treatment sooner, but I really wanted to wait until the nodule was completely resolved. I wasn’t really concerned about the nodules, since I had read about nodules lasting this long in the doctors Q&A. In any case everything went very well. The overall experience was more comfortable this time around than the first time. I plan on posting my final pics about 8 to 12 weeks weeks out. I actually should’ve done posted them right after my treatment. But I’m a little puffy now being that I am a few days post treatment. I should also mention I felt that I got noticeable results even with one treatment. And this second treatment is basically icing on the cake. Anyway that’s all for now. :-)
