I was so excited to book the Agnes microneedling procedure for my undereye bags. The procedure sounded promising and one Scarlet treatment was also performed at the same visit. It was pricey at $1800 but seemed a great alternative to lower blephoplasty.

This is day of procedure. Areas were numbed very, very well and I was relaxed. The Agnes machine made a short little noise each time it was applied, completely painless due to the numbing. Dr. Chris outlined the undereye bags prior to starting. Her bedside manner was great and she and her assistant, Lisa, were very attentive and made sure I was ok the entire procedure. It took approximately 45 minutes including numbing.

Red and swollen, which is expected, but wasn't expecting this much. I sent pictures to Dr. Chris and was assured it was nirmal. I was a little surprised I was instructed to apply heat following the procedure, would have thought ice would have been more beneficial for swelling. I was provided white tea bags and a vial packet of serum to apply daily.

Looking better but still red and swollen. In addition to Agnes, very quick Scarlet was applied at lash line. Still applying white tea compresses and Repair ampules daily. It isn't uncomfortable at all, just looks like it is.

Day 5 update. Still more redness than I'd like to see. I continue with the daily Repair serum vials and white tea compresses. There's no oain and way too early to think about results. Swelling has diminished.

The redness and swelling is finally subsiding. The recovery time has taken longer than I expected. I haven't gone out much because it looked like I had two black eyes. I complete the Repair regime sice it was a series of 7 days vials.

Swelling is mostly gone, some redness persists. I am able to cover it with heavy concealer. I did contact Dr. Chris about it taking so long for the redness to dissipate and she advised to contine with tea compresses and stated it may be my individual skin type.

This is 9 days post Agnes and minimal under eye Scarlet. Still puffy but not as much and not as red. Recovery is certainly taking longer than I had planned for. Things should be settled down and show some improvements in a few weeks.

Now 10 days post Agnes Procedure. Under eye area finally clearing and returning to almost normal coloring. Thankfully the entire recovery has been painless other than minimal aggravation from the swelling and odd looks from people.

12 days post op and still a little redness and swelling remain. I wasn't expecting recivery period to last so long. I see no difference in under eye puffiness but didn't really expect to this soon. Hoping for improvement within a few weeks. Recovery has been painless.

Really wanting this residual redness to go away. Recovery is taking longer than was expected, was expecting week or so. Several years ago, had lower lid blephoplasty and was fully healed within 2 weeks with dramatic results.

It's been two weeks since I had Agnes with very minimal Scarlet for under eye bags. Most of the healing process has been completed but under eye area looks exactly the same. I am hoping the areas underneath my eye will improve within a few weeks.

17 days post Agnes, still more redness than I'd like but can mostly cover it with concealer. Was advised there would be minimal downtime si guess I'm just slow healing and shows a lot on fair skin tones.

Disappointed so far in the lack of results. The left bag underneath is still very prominent. The procedure was pricey at $1800 I am hoping to see improvement within a few weeks. I can see no improvement at this point.

One month oost Agnes/Scarlet undereye treatment. Very disappointed. The keft bag is as dominant as before treatment. I have called West Gate Dermatology and will schedule a follow up. It was presented as a good alternative to lower lid blephoplasty and definitely is not that at all.

It's almost 4 months post procedure and I am so disappointed with the expense and total lack of results. The provider, Winston Salem Dermatology, suggested another treatment but I don't plan on spending $1800 more for minimal results. I really wish I had put that money toward a lower lid blephoplasty. I do not recommend this treatment at all. My phone camera isn't clear but my bags, especially the left one, is as prominent as ever.
