She is amazing!!! I have had Botox, Bellafill, and Morpheus treatment (knee, quad area). Out of all the places I have been for Botox and filler, she is the best. She gets all the right places and does not have to use as much (saves money). Everyone else I have tried uses crazy amounts of units and she does in less than 20 for me (that is lip flip and forehead area). Others may vary..She is honest if she can do something or not. She won't overdue it letting you know to see results first then come back if you want more. She has a natural approach to her work. She also has a fantastic assistant Ashley who is superb at calming your nerves before any treatment. I wished I would have found her sooner but blessed I know her now. She does stay booked up, so whatever she has free, make arrangements to take that appointment.

Dr. Chris is a fantastic doctor. I have had many procedures. Tear Trough filler, Kybella, Vanquish, Emsculpt, Dysport, CO2 laser and the list goes on. Multiple family members of mine, have traveled from the northern states, to North Carolina. To see Doctor Chris and experience her Professionalism, and the perfection of all her techniques. If your looking For a cosmetic dermatologist who does it all..... this is who you need to see.

Dr. Yuengel recommended Sofwave for tightening my face and neck and mentioned brow lift as well. I am only doing treatments with no downtime and she said she had seen excellent results with this new machine. I am 69 years old and was looking for something that would help my aging skin and provide all over-tightening. I had CO2 laser 3 years ago and only IPL since. Janet was very knowledgeable and did the treatment in less than an hour. It was most comfortable with an occasional small area of slight discomfort. I had no swelling or pain after and no need to take it easy that afternoon. After a week my skin felt tighter all over with less wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. Excited about seeing my best results after 3 months. I go in for a follow-up at 4 weeks. Updated on 15 Dec 2021: Unfortunately the initial changes were temporary and the final result showed almost no improvement. I wouldn’t recommend. The procedure was relatively quick, although the result or lack of not worth the money.

I can’t stress enough that Dr Yuengel is the Best in the industry. I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my face. She keeps me looking 15 years younger than I am and always has product specials and loyalty deals in her office that save me money. She takes her time with me, never hurts me, and is truly an artist. I’ve been seeing her for several years and her skilled hand has literally stopped the clock on my face. My only regret is that I didn’t meet her earlier. Do yourself a favor and find a way to become her patient.

I have checked into many options. This was not a painful process at all. I only had a numbing cream on my skin and a ice pac. I wad given 18 shots . I did get the bullfrog look. When I have my second treatment in January I can then check Into something to tighten my skin and help with the wrinkles on my neck. Updated on 10 Feb 2016: I will be going on Friday for my second treatment of Kybella. I still have a pocket of fat under my chin. I keep telling myself that the Dr. told me it would take 2 treatments. I am so hoping I will not have the same amount of swelling for as long! I am hoping this was the right place for me to put my money. I have since learned about ThermiTight. My Dr. has told me if I am going to do the ThermiTight for the excess lines and skin that I need to wait several months until the Kybella has finished healing. Any thoughts on both procedures? I'm not going into this aging thing gracefully! Updated on 14 Feb 2016: With a topical this is not a painful treatment at all. I was hoping I would not swell the second time. It is a little more than the first I feel because I had 4 more injections than the first. Making it 22 shots. I am a little tender but not sore to the touch. Fingers crossed for the double chin that looks at me in the mirror to be gone! Updated on 7 Aug 2016: I have been very pleased with my Kybella results. I always hated my neck in pictures. I'm sure as time goes I will seek out something that can tighten my 51 year old neck. I had tried Ultherapy and that was a Huge disappointment as well as a big waste of money!

I went in to Dr. Yuengel for the Bellafill for lines around my mouth area. She is with Winston-Salem Dermatology. I was told this would be the best thing to use. It didn't work at all and it was a waste of money. When she seen it didn't work she refused to see me again and told me to find someone else.
