The office staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome, the staff is so friendly. The service I had scheduled was microblading and it was my first time. Bridgette is a true artist who you can tell loves what she does. It shows in her work! I haven't felt this good in a long time and I never thought having microblading done would make such a big difference in how I feel about myself. Bridgette made me feel comfortable and confident in her technique from the moment I met her. I can't thank her enough for her awesome job with my eyebrows, they look beautiful and full and the color match is perfect!! Thank you so much!

I just saw Jordan for my first chemical peel, she is very knowledgeable and explained the steps she was doing. It was relatively painless and not at all like Samantha from Sex and the City. Looking forward to seeing my results

Dr. Goldman is wonderful and knowledgeable! The staff made me feel very comfortable from day one and I knew I was in the right hands. I had an otoplasty and a breast augmentation done and am extremely happy with my results. I trusted Dr. Goldman and his experience and went with what he recommended although I was so nervous about it all. The outcome of both surgeries is perfect! As someone who has had tons of "appointments" for several aspects of self-improvement & maintenance, I really just really appreciate the staff at Westlake Plastic Surgery! Brittany is always pleasant and speedy in scheduling, & Jackie, Bridgette & Margaret are so knowledgeable & good at their work!

Three years ago I started to notice deep lines between my eyes and nasolabial folds. I also noticed that my cheeks were beginning to sag and there were fine lines and wrinkles on my brow and around my eyes. I went to Westlake Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, where I met with Margaret Lakin, Dr. Goldman's nurse practitioner and, after a consultation, she injected Botox and fillers into select areas of my face. The results were amazing. Since then I have gone back on a regular basis for Botox and some other 'tune ups'. Family and friends are unaware that I have done anything, but compliment me on how 'young' I look. Dr. Goldman, Ms. Lakin and all of the staff at Westlake Plastic Surgery and Med Spa are warm, friendly and caring. When the time comes that I need a surgical face lift, they will be my providers.

I went to this clinic to have facial fillers. I’m very disappointed. After the injections, I explained to the nurse practitioner that I had a concern that one side of my mouth was was turned down while the other one had been improved with the injection. She told me it was the lidocaine. I told her I didn’t like the way it looked. It’s been 11 days and I still have one side of my mouth turned downward. The small jowls I had forming now look worse because it seems like the filler was injected into the wrong part of the jawline. I now have to find someone to make this right. Perhaps it would have been better to have the doctor do it, he gets excellent reviews. As it stands now, I feel it was a waste of $1200.

I had read about micro needling and thought this clinic in Westlake location could provide the service and expertise to experience this.

The clinician did the procedure, but I really see no result. I purchased two items for rehabbing my skin, followed directions for aftercare, but see no visible difference anywhere on my face... Needless to say, I am very disappointed, as I expected more and was told what this procedure would do. It seems that after asking me if my mouth area was my problem area, she spent more time on my entire face, and less time in that area. I received that information from my friend who accompanied me to drive me home and viewed the procedure.

The environment of the building and eventual treatment room did not seem pleasant and spa-like. A terrycloth band was put around my head at the start of the procedure which appeared discolored and used. I was too nervous to speak up at that point, but should have. :/
