175 Q&A

Q: Is there a particular facelift technique that address marionette lines more specifically? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RothMay 6, 2021

A: Yes, a mini-face & neck lift can be performed in the clinic, while you are awake, for a long-lasting rejuvenation, especially around your marionette lines. No hospital costs or risks of general anesthesia.
Procedures such as these, that tighten the underlying layer of "Submuscular Aponeurotic System," are believed to last 10 years, before normal aging ensues.

Q: Would a mini facelift work for my sagging jowls? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RothApril 24, 2021

A: Yes, a mini-face & neck lift will be perfect to correct your jowels & loose skin!

Performed in the clinic, while awake, without the cost, downtime, or risks of traditional surgery!

Q: My blood pressure has been running about 118/82. Would this prevent me from getting a breast augmentation?
Answered by Dr. RothApril 10, 2021

A: 118/82 is normal & will not prevent you from getting a breast augmentation. Your plastic surgeon will perform a comprehensive history and physical exam to ensure you are safe to proceed with surgery.

Q: 117 lbs, 5’5". Mum of 2. Strong core but slight loose skin/stretch marks. Am I a candidate for a tummy tuck? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RothJanuary 17, 2021

A: You are a perfect candidate for BodyTite with Morpheus8 to your abdomen! Performed in clinic, while awake, without the scars, cost, or downtime of surgery!

Q: How to prevent capsular contracture?
Answered by Dr. RothNovember 6, 2020

A: I recommend placing your implant under the muscle, for a significantly decreased chance of having a contracture. Also, Phase One solution is advised to further decrease your chance of contracture. Smooth implants, smaller implants, & post-op daily massage will also help.
