I’d recommend Dr. Denise Wong if you are trying to achieve natural results and receive her honest feedback. She will advise on what looks best based on your natural features! Consultation was thorough and she does not rush the evaluation. They did have an unfortunate rescheduling issue which did cause some inconvenience on my end. The team did apologize and has been proactive throughout the entire process. The doctor/staff do care about your recovery and will give clear instructions to achieve the best results! No recovery issues so far and results are great because it’s symmetrical and I don’t have to stress my eye muscles anymore. Denise was very helpful and careful when it came to my treatment—I got an upper blepharoplasty and ptosis correction, and she was very careful during the operation and set clear guidelines and expectations pre-treatment. I especially appreciate the post-treatment check-ups, which she was very careful on checking the healing progress well into the future.

I’ve always had eyelids with folds that looked prominent but weren’t very strong. I didn’t want a drastic change, just something natural that still looked like me. After way too many late-night research sessions (and briefly convincing myself I needed to fly to Asia), I found Dr. Wong. What stood out was how natural her patients looked—no “done” look, no surprises. The fact that she’s double board-certified and from San Francisco, coming back after her training, made me feel like I’d found the hometown expert I didn’t know I was looking for. Every day as the swelling goes down, I catch myself in the mirror and think, “Oh…this is going to look really good.” Dr. Wong and the whole WAVE SF team have been fantastic, and I’m so glad I trusted her with my face.

Dr. Wong demonstrated attentive and excellent care throughout the whole process of my procedure. She and her staff were thorough in making sure I knew exactly what to do pre/post-op, so I was able to take comfort in the fact that I was doing everything I could to avoid any complications. Dr. Wong is very detail-oriented and thorough. All my questions were answered and options were explained fully before moving forward with my upper blepharoplasty and ptosis correction. Initially, I was concerned because I have never had any facial surgery before and I didn't want to look drastically different. However, Dr. Wong worked with me and focused on my main concerns, which were symmetry and creating a crease that fit naturally with the shape of my eyes. The scars were strategically placed. Most people do not notice them unless I point them out. The healing has been a gradual process for me but very well worth it. The discomfort was mild and improved with each passing day. Within a little over two weeks, I was back to work and doing light activities. I am enjoying the refreshed look of my eyes now that I am two months post-op and people tell me that they cannot even tell that I had surgery----which is exactly what I was hoping to hear. For anyone considering eyelid surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Wong.

Before choosing Dr. Wong I spent around a year looking for cosmetic surgeons who specialized in eyelid surgery. After looking over reviews and results of the surgeons in the Bay Area, I felt comfortable with Wave and Dr. Wong's results—and after looking at the results I can confidently say they were the right choice! What made me gravitate towards Wave and Dr. Wong was their results and the final look of their patients looking natural, Nothing was overdone. At my first consultation with Dr. Wong, she answered all of my concerns, went over the timeline of recovery, what I should be doing during my recovery, and what toe expect after. She was attentive to all of my concerns, never gave me unreasonable results, and the part that was most important—made sure that the results will fit my facial symmetry. I included a photo of how my lower eyelids looked after the procedure. I was trying to find a before photo of myself where you can see the my lower eyelids but I sadly wasn't able to find any. Truthfully, I never really liked taking pictures of myself since my bags were genetic and present since I was younger. after the procedure I feel more confident of how my eyes look as I don't look as gaunt. During the recovery process Dr. Wong made sure to check in frequently and see how my recovery was going. A lot of the swelling and bruising cleared up after a week, a month into the recovery process I was able to return back to the gym, and after three months I was given the okay to return back to normal—most skincare was included back to my rotation and working out as usual. I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Wong and the team at Wave.

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Peter Lee and his staff! I have been to the office multiple times for various procedures including my rhinoplasty surgery and have always had a great experience. I look so natural and I love it! Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience.

My experience with Dr Lee was amazing. I had my face and neck lift, endobrow lift and lower and upper bleph with Dr Lee six months ago. I know some people would probably feel scared of getting many procedure done all in once. But trust me, it’s all worth it. When I gradually started seeing the result on myself. I was thinking, omg, is this me? I cannot believe the huge change on me. I have to thank Dr Lee’s professionalism and post care under his team, the recovery went well and expected.

Dr Lee was fantastic and really professional at what he does. I am satisfied with my eye surgery result with him. It’s only been two months and I can see the result that I wanted. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who consider getting plastic surgery.
