20 Q&A

Q: Which is better: filler or Sculptra in the temple?
Answered by Dr. Vo-NguyenAugust 29, 2022

A: Due to the concave nature of the temple, Sculptra would the be better option. You could use HA filler, however, it would take multiple syringes to try and fill the area. I hope that helps!

Q: Nose bridge collapsed & could I fix with rhinoplasty? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. Vo-NguyenAugust 29, 2022

A: We recommend that you see a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon with background training in ENT to evaluate both the functional and aesthetic need of your nose.

Q: How long after Nose Botox Can I Get Rhinoplasty?
Answered by Dr. Vo-NguyenAugust 29, 2022

A: We usually inject a few units of Botox to treat the depressor septi muscle, so the effect will go away after a couple months. After it wears off you can get a rhinoplasty.

Q: Doctors opinion on mini facelift and neck lift with only local anesthesia?
Answered by Dr. Vo-NguyenAugust 29, 2022

A: The choice of oral/local anesthesia versus conscious sedation is dependent on the surgeon. There is no right or wrong answer. Whichever anesthetic option he/she is comfortable with to achieve the result you wish to get is the right one.

Q: Mini lift or mid facelift for my sagging cheeks, nasolabial lines, jowls and tear troughs? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. Vo-NguyenAugust 29, 2022

A: Thank you for providing photos of your face in multiple angles. Considering the areas that you would like to improve and given your facial shape, a mid-facelift would be a better option.
