I had a revision rhinoplasty and lip fillers, I can’t express enough how facilitating Jenny and all the staff were. It’s daunting to have any cosmetic surgery done but they take great care of you, ensuring all of your worries, needs and desires are communicated clearly. After last time where results were not exactly what I’d hoped for, I felt a little worried but they really listened, highlighting exactly what I did want and didn’t, working within the constraints of my nose type (bulbous.) The head Dr Im Young Min was extremely professional, caring and friendly, making refinements whilst keeping it looking natural. I’m so greatful, he’s really skilful and attentive ! when I got my lip fillers done again I was quite worried about the pain but all the staff were so supportive, providing comfort in an uncomfortable situation, Lilit especially as I had a rather tight grip on her hand I also must say the healing was quicker than I expected, their facilities including deswelling treatments and the aftercare services were effective, relaxing and helped massively with the healing. Hello everyone. Here is my story. I had a quite difficult case as had nose congestion, deviated septum and quite a huge hump on my bridge. I was looking for a hospital that can do both cosmetic and functional correction. I consulted several hospitals in Korea before I found VG Plastic surgery. VG Hospital was professional and offered both cosmetic and functional correction as they have rhinoplasty surgeon and ENT specialist as well. They did ct scan of my nose before the consultation. I was pretty surprised it is free even for consultation only. Dr.Kim Young Woo consulted about the cosmetic part and recommended lateral osteotomy, hump shaving and lifting my droopy tip. I didn't want any foreign material to be used for my bridge, so the doctor recommended using some tissues from behind the ear like fascia to keep the nasal bridge line smooth after hump shaving. For my tip doctor suggested using septal cartilage graft. Dr.Nam Jae Sung my ENT doctor consulted me about functional correction and checked my CT scans and even suggested checking inside the nose with an endoscope to find out what is the reason for nose congestion. Dr.Nam also speaks good English, so it was nice to communicate with the surgeon directly in English. Dr. Nam recommended to do turbinoplasty and septoplasty to correct my deviated septum and improve enlarged turbinates size with some kind of ultrasound, so it is not much invasive procedure. Both doctors were detailed and thoughtful. Hospital also has up-to-date, clean facilities and nice staff. I was really nervous before surgery, because nose appearance really matters. First few days after the surgery was quite tough, I was too swollen, could not open my eyes normally, needed to breathe with my mouth only. I still have bruising and swelling, especially around eyes area and tip. Waiting for my final result and very excited to see my bridge without cast. Updated on 4 Sep 2022: Here is my nose without the cast after nose surgery with Dr.Kim Young Woo and Dr.Nam Jae Sung at VG Plastic surgery. I got my surgery on 18th August. The nose bridge looks much straighter and defined, although I still have swelling and bruising. I think I already like the shape of my nasal bridge. Waiting for swelling to subside on my tip and bruising around the eyes. I also feel like I can breathe much easily than before. Dr.Nam checked inside the nose with endoscope and said I still has swelling, but septum is much straighter and nasal cavity is extended, so airflow can easily go through. So far so good. I dont regret with my decision on doing surgery in Korea with VG Plastic surgery.
Upon examination, there are visible vertical bands extending from the underside of the jaw toward the neck. These are the medial borders of the platysma muscles, a paired superficial muscle in the anterior neck. With aging, the platysma often undergoes laxity and separation along the midline, which, in conjunction with overlying skin laxity, contributes to the appearance of pronounced neck bands and loss of a smooth cervicomental angle.
Correction can be achieved through a submental approach, typically involving a 3–4 cm incision placed discreetly under the chin. Generally, when patients want eye surgery, we often recommend an eyebrow lift (forehead lift) together.Especially if the distance between your eyes and eyebrows appears narrow in photos, performing eye surgery or skin incisions may bring your eyes and eyebrows closer, which can result in an unnatural appearance.
By lifting the eyebrows upward through the forehead lift, the skin is also pulled up, creating more space between the eyes and eyebrows, making the eyes look clearer and more refreshed.
Depending on the current width of your forehead, a forehead reduction surgery might also be recommended. In some cases, a forehead lift alone can eliminate the need for separate eye surgery.
Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes fat from specific areas of the body. It is not a weight-loss surgery but rather a method of reducing volume by removing fat, which can result in some weight loss as a secondary effect.
In general, abdominal fat is categorized into two types: subcutaneous fat (above the muscle) and visceral fat (below the muscle). Liposuction targets the subcutaneous fat through surgical removal. Visceral fat, on the other hand, cannot be removed through surgery and must be reduced through consistent lifestyle management and dietary control.
By reducing volume, liposuction helps contour the body and create a more defined silhouette. However, proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the results. Continued dieting and exercise are crucial to preserving the surgical outcome and promoting the burning of visceral fat, which can further enhance the results over time.
Based on your photos, your body appears to be a good candidate for liposuction, especially in the upper and lower abdomen, as well as the flanks and love handle areas. After liposuction, wearing compression garments properly is important, as it helps the skin adhere smoothly to the underlying tissues for better overall results.
Based on the breast shape, it corresponds to tuberous breasts. The upper chest area appears very flat, with the breast tissue extending downward.
From the side view, we could better assess how much the breast is sagging and how far the nipple position is below the inframammary fold, but assessing from the front view alone has its limitations.
Nonetheless, judging by the nipple position from the front, a lollipop incision is necessary. If augmentation is done without removing the excess sagging skin, the breast will likely continue to appear droopy. The issue is not the size of the implant, but the tuberous shape and significant sagging of the breast, which will require skin excision through an incision.
