Due to being horribly botched in previous plastic surgeries elsewhere in Asia and after YEARS of research, hundreds of consult’s, depression, and living with an unnatural facial structure I was lucky enough to find and select Very Good Plastic Surgery to help reconstruct my face and restore my self esteem.
I underwent a forehead and temple implant procedures at VG this past May. Dr. I’m, Smile, Lilit, and Jenny were absolutely first class from consult to post-op.
My results are still coming in, but I have to say I’ve traveled all around the world for various plastic surgeries and my experience with Very Good truly stood out. Many places treat Americans poorly, overcharging, over promising, and leaving patients alone when something goes wrong.
Dr. Im was NONE of those things. For example, I was supposed to be discharged after surgery. However, I experienced extreme pain in my forehead after surgery and VG kept me in their hospital overnight for observation and aftercare free of charge just to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Im went above and beyond, staying late into the evening and returning very early before work started to give me injections of local anesthesia because I was in so much pain. He truly changed my life and actually cared about me. Most surgeons I’ve met only care about their result not about the actual people getting the procedures. Dr Im truly loves helping people feel better about themselves and sees plastic surgery not as vanity but a way to help us live less stressful, more confident lives.
Im so lucky to have found VG, I was devastated for years after my failed procedures years ago and VG gave me my life back.
Remember, in Korea clinics hire people to write good reviews for themselves and bad reviews for the competition. When consulting, listen to your heart and pick a surgeon whom actually cares. To anyone reading this who has lost hope, or is frustrated that surgeons only care about money and fame - I’m here to say this will NOT be the case at VG.
They actually care and will take good care of you.
