Very pleased - the results are exactly what we discussed

Informative and caring staff, and the results are exactly what we discussed (Juvederm to upper and lower lips). Front desk is helpful with scheduling and techs are knowledgeable about both the products, treatment and at home care.

53 Year Old Loving Her Botox, Aculift, and Fillers - The Woodlands, TX

I actually went in for microdermabrasion and chose to also have the aculift with Botox and fillers. Absolutely love the results and Dr Nangrani and staff are so wonderful. I recommend Dr Nangrani as well as Vedas Wellness Spa and will for sure return for other treatments. They managed the pain and a small amount of bruising. I had this on a Saturday and the staff called the next day to check on how I was feeling. My appearance is fresh and I don't look as tired. I will definitely return for microdermabrasion and Botox. I look and feel great.

Smart lipo: Flanks and Back 30 years old no kids - The Woodlands, TX

Hi people, today I did smartlipo at Vedas medical spa with Dr. Nangrani and staff. The experience was great and the procedure was painless, quick and easy. It took about 45 mins from the moment I was instructed to lay down. After I did not feel anything from the meds given .. in fact once my friend dropped me off I jumped in my car and went to the store to get my groceries and recovery supplies (maxi pads, detox from GNC and healthy food).See my pre-op pics below. I will post day 2 post- pics tomorrow. Updated on 21 Feb 2015: Today is still the same I feel great sore bearly any bruising and a little swollen in some parts but overall I'm fine. I have been taking antibioticas to prevent any infections as well as arnica Montana oral and arenicare gel which has really helped with the bruising. The soreness feels like I had a really intense workout. Updated on 21 Feb 2015:

Smart Lipo - The Woodlands, TX

I had my Smart Lipo done by Dr. Nangrani at Vedas Med Spa in The Woodlands,TX. As a human nature I had been actively talking to other doctors but decided to go with Dr. Nangrani to get the procedure done. I wanted to get rid of extra fat pocket from the abdomen region but I am till date scared with needles. During my doctors search i had shared my needle phobia with the doctors but Dr. Nangrani did take her time and explained A to Z and assured that I should not be worried. During the pre-op consultation Dr. Nangrani again patiently explained me the A to Z and made me feel comfortable. 4 different prescription were called in to the pharmacy. On the day of procedure when i arrived at the location staff greeted and had a welcoming attitude and I was taken to the procedure room where i saw Dr. Nangrani and other staff member. The only thing i remember after walking in the procedure room was lying down at the table and seeing Dr. Nangrani... and the next thing is i woke up in a compression garment. Had a post op follow up 2 days later had no bruises but i was a bit sore. Overall, I am highly satisfied patient of Dr. Nangrani and have achieved more than what i had pictured.

Smart Lipo of Upper and Lower Abs 41 Year Old Woman - The Woodlands, TX

For now I have only marked the "worth it" question as "Not sure" because its too early to see the final results; however, I strongly feel that after the recovery period, when the swelling has finally subsided, I will definitely feel the procedure was worth it! I have a lot of loose skin and fat that doesn't budge through exercise and diet. I had considered a tummy tuck, but ultimately decided against it due to risks and recovery time. The Smart Lipo seemed to be a good compromise despite the fact that I had read many reviews from doctors who think this procedure is not valuable. I am not looking for a "bikini body", I just want to look better in my clothes! I had the procedure performed by Dr. Nangrani at Vedas Medical Spa in the Woodlands. I had visited the spa on several occasions prior to electing to do the Smart Lipo procedure until I had established a comfort level with the doctor and felt confident with her knowledge and experience. Dr. Nangrani is very personable, attentive, knowledgable, and seems genuinely concerned about her patient's ultimate satisfaction with any of the procedures she performs. A few days before the procedure I had a pre-op visit to go over "what to expect" and details for surgery day. I was given 4 prescriptions, 1 for nausea, 1 for pain, an antibiotic and one for relieving anxiety and causing sedation before the surgery. I started the antibiotic the day before surgery and was instructed to take 1 pain pill an hour before the procedure and 1 ativan before leaving the house. When I arrived at the spa, I was given a robe and disposable undergarments to change into and had pictures taken. I definitely wished these undergarments were a little better, but that's trivial. The doctor asked me if I felt sleepy yet and when I responded that I did not, she instructed me to take another Ativan. I had initially been very concerned about the pain during surgery since only a local anesthetic would be used. Any concern about this was gone completely after the 2nd Ativan! To be honest, I remember VERY little after the 2nd Ativan! I remember going into the procedure room and seeing the nurse and the doctor, and I pretty much slept through the entirety of the procedure! Twice I remember feeling like I was being poked with a long stick and I made a remark that it hurt a little and fell back asleep. The next thing I knew I was dressed wearing a compression garment and being picked up by my ride home. I do not remember having the bandages applied or getting dressed! I told everyone I felt great (don't remember this!) I got home and went to sleep immediately. I slept from Thursday afternoon until 9am Saturday morning. When I woke up on Saturday I was pretty sore, but nothing terrible and not worth taking pain medication for. I removed the bandages, took a shower, and went about my day taking it easy. I went to the movies and dinner with my family. Sunday I went to the gym and did some light exercise - just walking on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Today is Tuesday, and I went for a short run, I feel great! Bruising was pretty bad, but is already starting to go away. I had a Venus freeze treatment yesterday which I definitely feel helped with the bruising and makes a big difference with skin tightening so I am going to do another 3 or 4 Venus Freeze treatments in the next month. I have already lost a few lbs and started the recommended detox program. I can already feel the difference though I am still very swollen and I know it will take a few months to see the final result. I will update as time passes and add pictures! The worst part is the compression garment which can be quite painful/uncomfortable to wear when the bruising is bad, other than that, overall, the entire experience has been very good thus far!

Ruined my Body, Permanently

Run away. Please. Please save yourself from the experience I went through. Do not trust the Vedas medical team. I was supposedly the perfect candidate for SmartLipo. I was a healthy weight. I ate clean and exercised regularly. I just had a stubborn lower abdomen pooch I couldn't shake. The nurse I consulted with said that this is exactly the type of situation the SmartLipo procedure was made for. I was so excited. But it all fell apart IN THE MIDDLE of surgery. During the surgery, after they already started working on me, I was using anesthesia, etc.... the doctor tells me I have a hernia, so I won't achieve the look I want. They won't be able to correct the lower belly issue. Isn't that what the consultation was supposed to be for?! Why didn't anyone tell me in the week before, or during surgery prep?! I was told IN THE MIDDLE OF SURGERY, while under anesthesia, while they were already doing the procedure. I started freaking out internally. I tried not to panic. I calmed my breathing because I had no choice but to let them finish. Still, I was hopeful that the procedure would help a little. I followed all the post-care directions to a "t". I even added on the recommended Venus Freeze sessions to "tighten things up". I spent thousands of dollars doing the things they told me to do. At the 3 month follow-up, my "after" pictures looked worse than my before pictures. I cried. I cried so hard seeing the beautiful body I walked in with next to the one I was left with. I cried and they knew they were in the wrong. They offered me Ozempic. My BMI is a 21. No doctor in their right mind should offer a healthy BMI patient Ozempic. So, not only did I not get the results, I now weigh more than I did when I walked into the center, even while being even more diligent with my nutrition and fitness, and have three ugly scars on my stomach. My stomach also now has lumpiness that wasn't there before. I mourn the body that walked into the clinic that day, and wish I had walked away. I would not do this procedure again, and regret it every day.
