Hi people,
today I did smartlipo at Vedas medical spa with Dr. Nangrani and staff. The experience was great and the procedure was painless, quick and easy. It took about 45 mins from the moment I was instructed to lay down. After I did not feel anything from the meds given .. in fact once my friend dropped me off I jumped in my car and went to the store to get my groceries and recovery supplies (maxi pads, detox from GNC and healthy food).See my pre-op pics below. I will post day 2 post- pics tomorrow.

Today is still the same I feel great sore bearly any bruising and a little swollen in some parts but overall I'm fine. I have been taking antibioticas to prevent any infections as well as arnica Montana oral and arenicare gel which has really helped with the bruising. The soreness feels like I had a really intense workout.

Looks great! Looking at doing this for my stomach.. I have some loose skin (nothing that hangs) so i'm really looking for a procedure to tighten and smooth this area! So do you notice any tightening or smoothness from your procedure?
Glad you have been feeling good- hopefully you still are doing well. Looking forward to your update and pics!
Yup the patience is the hardest part! You will get there :)
