Liposuction
Q Can fat & skin be removed without implants/fat injections? (Photo)
A Thanks much for reaching out. It was significant amount of excess skin and not enough fat rest of your body qualify for fat transfer. An implant would help fill out the skin laxity it is probably your best option. Also cutting the skin out directly in the banana role has many problems, including opening up and very poor scarring. However, that will also take out the skin in that area, but it may come with too much risk.

Breast Implants
Q Would breast implants after a breast reduction to increase size and shape be a good idea for me? (Photo)
A Thanks so much for reaching out. Looking at your pictures, adding a plan would add nice shape and projection to your breasts. Long-term if you keep up with MRIs and you are not having any problems with you implants. You don’t always have to get them change out every 10 years. I hope this helps :-)

Breast Lift
Q Post-op breast lift scar treatment options & stitching techniques?
A Thanks so much for reaching out. The best way to have optimal scars is to choose a great surgeon. So much of your final result will have to do with the tension that is set during surgery. That being said, I like to use a combination of silicone tape, and Skin Medica scar recovery gel as a first line of treatment for optimal scarring. After six weeks this can be enhanced by using pro fractional laser. I hope this helps :-)

Butt Lift
Q Is there anything that can be done to even out the uneven creasing under my butt? (Photo)
A Thanks so much for reaching out. Actually, that area is very difficult to treat. Using liposuction is always dangerous for losing support. You may consider a noninvasive device like emsculpt however, I would have a limited hope that it would address your concerns. I hope this helps :-)

Q With weight loss, will this area of fat decrease or would it need to be removed with liposuction? (Photo)
A Thanks so much for reaching out. It’s hard to say for sure. But often times your lower flanks and lower back or areas that are resistant to diet and exercise. If you’re on the weight loss journey, lose the weight and see what happens you could always get liposuction after.
