miraDry - very little pain & anxiety about sweating gone!

I wish I would have known about miradry years ago. It was worth every single penny and then some. Very little pain, my armpits were lumpy for awhile and lost feeling, but after a few months the feeling came back. I used to have so much anxiety about sweating and could only wear black or sleeveless shirts— there isn’t a price I could pay for the feeling I have now and all of that anxiety being gone!

Fine Service, Poor Billing Experience

My family had used Trillium Creek for several years for a variety of dermatology issues. I had switched jobs a few times and thus health insurance providers. The service overall was fine, but given the various options of dermatology practices, I recommend another due to poor billing practices from our experience. The last appointment we had was on January 2024, but we were never issued a bill for this until end of April in 2025, nearly 15 months after the services were rendered. When the bill was issued, I had switched insurance providers and so it was very difficult to try to go back and make a claim, especially since we had hit our out of pocket maximum for the 2024 year, so the full amount would have been on the insurance company that was no longer our current provider. While we bear some responsibility in not having our latest insurance on file, the fact that the billing came 15 months after service made coming to a resolution nearly impossible from our side. When we spoke to Trillium Creek's billing department, they provided no justification for the delay in the billing except that it was "stuck in the system" and basically took no fault of their own billing us for the full amount and threating to send it into collections. I contacted the company several times to try to come to resolution, but was met with no movement on their side, demanding full payment or send it to collection, not acknowledging their delay in billing had anything to do with the issue. I primarily want to warn other consumers against using Trillium Creek as their billing practices have been poor from a consumer perspective that has been using services from the company for years.
