If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My experience with Berat at TravelMEDI was exceptional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble any questions I may have had were answered promptly and efficiently. The treatment I received was fantastic from my surgeon to the hospital staff who were outstanding the hospital and Hotel beat anything in the UK. Now home the care is still there with regular contact via Berat. I can’t thank Berat and TravelMEDI enough for their kindness.

I came to travel medi on a recommendation for a breast uplift and augmentation but being only 22 I was extremely nervous and it was my first surgery also. Berat was just amazing I cannot talk higher of him! He made the whole experience every single step as seamless as possible, I was given a whole itinerary and Berat still kept me updated and went through every step I did by my side. Every consultation appointment every time I had to leave the hotel he was there with us, he is so so lovely kind caring and any question or query(not that I had many) he answered almost immediately! I went to a different surgeon than what I was supposed to but it was the best decision ever made. Professor Mustafa Keskin is top of the game and he was absolutely brilliant and went into so much detail about every single aspect of the surgery. I was extremely nervous about having surgery but he was amazing. Berat was with me every step of the way till I was being wheeled down for surgery! When I woke up in the morning he was there for my release and accompanied me in the car back to the hotel. Travel Medi is an amazing company to go with, from start to finish my whole process was completely seamless and stress free. They sort everything out so all you have to do is turn up! Every time we left the hotel for a consultation or blood work our driver was there to take us wait and pick us up. Berat is a credit to Travel Medi he’s an absolute diamond! Even now I am home he is still checking in to make sure I am ok! Thank you Travel Medi for absolutely everything and I definitely will be coming back and I know a lot of my family and friends will too!

I travelled to Turkey with TravelMedi for my rhinoplasty. Everything went smoothly from the getgo - I was in touch with Berat regarding any questions I had about the surgery, transfer, etc., which was so helpful and made me feel more at ease! Once I arrived, I had my consultation with Dr. Esra, and I felt so seen and understood - she made multiple photoshopped images for me to choose from based on my descriptions, and I went back to the hotel with so much excitement. On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly as well and I felt that I was in good hands. After the surgery, the nurses looked after me and I got everything I needed to get through my first day. It would have been great to be consulted by Dr. Esra the day after the surgery, just to hear how the surgery went etc., since you just wake up with stitches and a cast on, and you really have no idea if everything was successful. I went back to the hotel the day after the surgery, and the hotel staff were all soo nice and helpful. The day before I flew back home, I went back to the clinic to have my cast removed. I felt that this consultation was slightly hectic, and I would’ve definitely appreciated a bit more guidance and information about what was happening, since it was really painful and uncomfortable. But other than that, my experience was so so great, and I look back at it with so much relief and gratitude! I don’t have a single regret, and I feel like (even though I’m still swollen) I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted :-)

I 100% recommend booking with TravelMEDI. From day one, I have received impeccable treatment. Not only from my patient coordinator, Berat, but also from my fantastic surgeon, Dr. Esra Bilgen. At no point did I have anything less than 100% confidence in the quality of my treatment. I booked my surgeries approximately 6 months prior to my surgery date, and in all that time, any questions I had Berat was were there and answered them all promptly. No matter how trivial they may have seemed, Berat was happy to help and put my mind at ease. From the minute my plane landed, I was taken care of. As you can imagine, it's quite daunting flying to a different country for surgery, but I can honestly say there was no need to worry. Sezery, our driver, was exactly where I was told he would be. When we met him, he was such a nice person. He took us to the hotel and arranged a time to collect us the following morning, and throughout my stay, he was always on time. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was very comfortable and our room was lovely, I don't think I've ever slept on a more comfortable bed in my life! Once it was time to move to the hospital for my surgeries, again, I was blown away by the level of care and attention I was given. The nursing staff were just fantastic. Although they didn't speak a lot of English, this didn't cause me any concerns as they made themselves quite clear to me regarding my treatment and occasionally used Google translate. They were meticulous with my pre-op check and obs. The attention to detail was second to none. At no point after my surgeries did I feel any major pain. They attended to me throughout the night making sure I was comfortable and pain free. The Hospital itself was bright, fresh and SPOTLESS. Continuously being cleaned and surfaces wiped down throughout my time there. Now to my surgeon the amazing talented Dr. Esra Bilgen. This lady is the surgeon of surgeons. Not only is she impeccable and professional she is kind and approachable. She cares about the asthetics of her craft. She totally understands your body and knows how to achieve beautiful results. My scars are perfectly symmetrical. This was a big thing for me because when doing my research I had found a lot of surgeons don't make efforts to give you good scars but Dr. Esra Bilgen did everything she could to give me my dream outcome. This is my honest review and I wish I could tell more people about my experience so they to can have a positive experience with travelling to Turkey for surgery.

Had an excellent experience. A very personal experience 1 to 1. The co-ordinator is on the ball at all times and always responds quickly. The driver is very polite and punctual. The surgeon is kind, caring and explains everything it detail. I never felt rushed or pressured, it all took place at a relaxed and friendly pace. My surgery went well and my scars are very near and healed very quickly.

From the very first contact made with travelmedi the service was amazing. They were so thorough with all their questions and as a mother allowing her child at 17 years old to under go any surgery never mind surgery in another country I say I had nothing to worry about. They made great contact right up to appointment. From the first greeting at airport until the last drop bk at airport to return was excellent service. And that wasn't the end they still made contact to see how her healing process was and I honestly would recommend them to anyone. The service in turkey was for a breast reduction and from her first appointment until her last the staff were so helpful pleasant and very caring.

Honestly couldn't recommend anyone more. From start to finish I have been kept informed and reassured with everything. Any questions I had Berat answered quickly and made me feel very comfortable going forward with the surgery. Dr Esra was so professional and couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I had the surgery less that a week ago and I am already massively happy with the results I have and can't wait till I am fully healed for the finished look! If anyone is unsure of travelling to Turkey or who to go with regarding surgey, TravelMedi is for sure the best!

The care I received from start to finish was exemplary. I chatted with berat through what’s app every question I asked was answered instantly I knew exactly what would happen from start to finish while I was in Turkey. Berat goes above and beyond for the company, even answering questions for me in the early hours of the morning, when I forgot about the time difference. When I arrived in Turkey I was collected from the airport and taken to the clinic to meet dr esra. Berat was with me every step of the way. Every one was incredible I was treated amazingly. Dr esra went through everything that would happen on surgery day. I left the clinic excited and as the treatment I was receiving was fully explained I had no nerves. On the day of surgery I was collected from the hotel by berat, who remained with my until I went down to surgery. He translated anything I or the nurses didn’t understand. He stayed with me when I had my pre op with anaesthetist I felt relaxed and very well looked after. Dr Ezra came to see me and marked me up and explained everything again so I knew what to expect. When I woke up from surgery the nurses were incredible observation’s were taking frequently and pain medication topped up so I was mainly pain free throughout my stay. My dressings were changed the day after surgery as well as the day I left. I was in hospital all day Tuesday and Wednesday and discharged Thursday midday. Berat kept in contact with me throughout my hospital stay. When I was discharged I was collected by berat and taken to my hotel. My medication was delivered to me at the hotel due to traffic and berat being concerned about the amount of time I was in the car. I remained in the hotel till Monday. berat was in contact with me daily and I sent pictures of my drains to make sure everything was draining ok. On Sunday evening I went to the clinic to check all incisions with dr esra have dressings changed and receive my fit to fly. The appointment wasn’t rushed dr esra took her time checking every incision and talking me through the dressing changes so I knew exactly what I needed to do back home. I was then driven back to hotel. Monday morning I was collected from the hotel and taken to the airport. The whole experience was amazing I would highly recommend the team. Dr esra is a master in her profession. I had an FDL tummy tuck, moms lift and breast lift with implant. I am now 6 weeks post op and healing well back at work. Berat still checks in on me to see how my recovery is going. You are not just a number they really do care about their patients.

You always feel safe during your visit knowing you have a helplful assistant. I contacted TravelMEDI after seeing a review and am so happy that I did. From my first contact with Berat, he has been fantastic - answering my constant questions, making me feel at ease and professional at all times. Dr Esra performed my tummy tuck with lipo and she is nothing short of amazing. She understood what I wanted and explained realistic outcomes.
