I'm only just starting my review, and I want to add more comments as time goes on, but I am.extremely happy with every procedure I've received. I booked my consult with Dr. Colgrove in August and began the process of meeting staff, choosing my implant size and procedures. I opted for Motiva Ergonomix Demi Moderate profile, under the muscle, 575 cc's. I also requested liposuction, because i didn't really like the shape I was left with in a previous procedure with a previous surgeon. I wanted Dr. Colgrove to restore my natural shape, but i didn't want to waste harvested fat, so I requested a fat transfer to my temples. Dr. Colgrove also recommended a transfer to my cheeks. Once the consult was complete, finance info was given to me, I booked the date of my surgery, and I paid a 1k deposit. When I sat with the price (approx 12.9k), I decided to add a procedure I have wanted since I was a teenager ...a labiaplasty! I had another consult to take a look a my labia and then a pre-op appointment on November 20th. On the day of my surgery, I had been taking vitamin c for about 6 weeks and iron for about 10 days. All of my meds were filled and my Type A hubby had made a med chart for me. I scrubbed down with hibiclens in the shower first thing in the morning. My procedure was scheduled for 0800 but hubby and i were instructed to arrive at 0700. When I arrived, Nicole got my IV hooked up and I dressed in my oh-so-chic surgical attire, said goodbye to hubby, laid down on the OR table, and woke up hours later. The first 24 hours I recall wanting to see my breasts, but otherwise I was mostly snoozing. The following 5 days though?? I was not prepared for the level of pain and discomfort I was in. I cried constantly, I could barely move, and the sharp pains in my stomach, ribs, breasts, and vagina were unreal. Hubby kept my meds rotating...I don't know what I would have done without him. The first 10 days were serious emotional days. Lots of tears for no reason. Regretting my decisions. Cursing myself for having the bright idea of having surgery. I was an absolute disaster. Truthfully, it wasn't until day 9 and 3 panic attacks leafing up to getting my drain out that I feel like i really finally turned the corner. I'm four weeks out now. Still waiting for the drop and fluff, but overall I am obsessed with my results. Updated on 10 Jan 2026: Recovering from lipo is definitely not fun. I am still experiencing tenderness in my ribs. Hubby has been giving me lymphatic massages for several weeks. Hoping a few more weeks will help the rippling, but overall so so so happy. My natural hip shape is back. My back looks amazing. BEST OF THE BEST ! Best staff , best bedside manner , best results . If this review convinces one person to choose him my mission is complete here . I’m currently 1 month post op & I’m so happy every day I chose him . This is seriously one of the best decisions I’ve ever made . Partially due to his years of expertise , but the staff was so kind & helpful throughout my entire process . He was very blunt (in the best way possible) & showed genuine care for my well being from the consult to my post op appointments . I have no complaints thus far , he gave me the exact look I wanted (I didn’t know my sizing until I woke up) . The OR wasn’t creepy feeling how I thought it’d be , the bed was super comfortable & they introduced the whole staff to me pre surgery . Now onto my physical experience , (pls keep in mind surgery is so different for everyone) . Days 1-4 were really painful , I wasn’t able to eat nor poop during these days for whatever reason . I was super bloated (which is a side effect of surgery no one talks about) . I have 425 CC on my left & 375 on the right , for reference I’m 5’3 & 118 lbs so everything was much more painful on my left side . At around day 6 I felt almost back to normal , only itching at the site of my incisions . I will say they’re super heavy (not painful just a weird feeling) , they just don’t feel like they’re mine yet . I’m sorry if this feels all over the place or doesn’t read well I’m just typing everything as it comes . My scars look AMAZING & I haven’t even started treating them yet & they’re nowhere near done healing . My before to my after is literally a miracle . He is genuinely the best at what he does , my confidence has been boosted so much ! I’m so thankful to Dr.Colgrove & his team for what they’ve done for me . (SN : I work in nightlife & I returned to work a week after my surgery , please do not drink directly after surgery & give your body the proper time to recover . There are very strict guidelines before & after surgery for a reason !!!)

Had the ThermiVa procedure with Carla at Vinings Surgery Center and am so happy with the results! Not only was I having atrophy issues - which this procedure will and does address…the cosmetic difference was significant! - but also significant bladder pain due to lower estrogen levels. This procedure has minimized that pain without the use of medications or significant lifestyle changes. And Carla is THE BEST! It’s a quick and painless procedure and she puts you at ease throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! (age 55)

Wonderful experience with Dr. Colgrove and staff. I had breast reduction and have been so happy with the results. Doctor and staff extremely competent and caring. Highly recommend if you are considering a similar journey toward a happier self.

Can not say enough positive about my experience with Carla at Thermiva Altanta. I traveled from Augusta after doing some research and deciding that Thermiva was the treatment that I wanted to try. I had a consultation with a physician that was closer to home that tried to push me towards Mona Lisa Touch although I came to her office to discuss thermiva. That is what prompted me to seek out Carla. From our first conversation by phone, she put me at ease. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and she is easy to talk to about such a sensitive topic. Before starting each treatment, she discussed my symptoms and status so as to address any issues more specifically. It made me feel very at ease in her capable hands. She doesn't rush through the treatment and made me aware of what she was doing at all times. She recommends packages of 3 treatments. After having my 3 treatments I chose to do additional 4th treatment and will be having a maintenance treatment in a few months. I'm very well pleased with my progress and know that my vaginal tissue didn't atrophy over night so I am patient as it does take time for that collagen to rebuild. I believe my pictures speak for what progress I am seeing so far.

I love this office and the staff. Dr. Colgrove runs an excellent, highly-competent practice. Personally, I visit Jennifer Burke. Jennifer is absolutely a godsend and miracle worker. She is extremely talented, accommodating, and a consummate professional. She will help you look and feel your best self but will also tell you when you do not need a treatment, what is best for you, what is a trend versus what is the right option for you. I ‘ve trusted her for nearly 10 years and will not go anywhere else. I send everyone to her. Those I send, send everyone they know to her. I cannot speak highly enough about Jennifer.

Everyone in my immediate family has had a surgery with Dr. Colgrove. We are all super happy with our results and the care that we received throughout the surgery process. He is the best at what he does! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can’t give Dr. Colgrove and his staff enough praise. I went to him when my first procedure went south from a different surgeon. Not only was he able do my revision successfully but he achieved the results I was initially wanting with the first surgeon. I also just recently completed another separate procedure with Dr. Colgrove. I will never go to another clinic ever. Jennifer there does amazing with my Botox as well.

I got my procedure done February 16,2024. The Hospital was very clean & the OR actually smelled of bleach. I felt like the staff was knowledgeable and polite. The Nurse was super attentive and friendly. She was very down to Earth and answered all of my questions. The first night was literally HELL I was in so much pain. I was in tears. I couldn't get my pain medicine filled in time, and the pharmacy closed I dropped it off at a Walgreens by his Office and had to go one with kipá in medicine just Tylenol. Luckily he has an after hours line. He was able to prescribe something, and order it to the pharmacy near me. The Morning after woke up feeling good very minimal pain. I was able to shower on my own and make something to eat. I regret doing this as the pain ame back with a vengeance. I guess i over exerted myself. I lie back down have been taking my pain medicine and have been icing my breast and have been okay. I have his really painful shooting pain all up my right arm. Im not sure if it has something to do with my implants being under the muscle, or the IV since that the side I had it on. (Right handed) so I use that arm the most. I got 2 different sizes to get more symmetry as Dr. Colgrove recommended. I'm over all really happy with the results although they're still very stiff/engorged. I can't wait until they drop! The pain comes and goes. I'll post my recovery as I heal.

Dr. Colgrove and his staff are amazing. Have had two surgeries with him and both have been great experiences. Had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation and lift. Plan on having more surgeries with him.
