After weight loss, and surgery I had lost a lot of my skin’s elasticity and felt like my face was looking very tired. After that one sesh with Alicia, 90 units of Dysport my face is so refreshed, I look 10 years younger, I getting tons of compliments. People are actually asking me if I’ve lost weight now lol! Although, it’s been a while they finally noticed it just because of how refreshing I look. This definitely gave me back more then my confidence. Thank you very much!

WOW! Visited the Medical Skin Clinic for a second time and the experience was even better than the first time which I thought couldn’t be beat! Zoe helped me coordinate my visit in a very timely manner and was so kind and pleasant to speak too. Gia injected my lips with the support of Alyssa. They both made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves. The numbing was on point and I couldn’t even feel any of the injections!! That was the part I was most nervous for, job well done ladies! My lips look so lucious and juicy - hardly any bruising! I will be back for sure.

I had a truly bizarre experience at The Medical Skin Clinic. I rescheduled a prepaid appointment at the last minute and the staff would not allow me to rebook the ~$800 service. The spa policy contradicts itself and in one location stated I could rebook and in an other that I could not. I tried to discuss the situation with the owner and she became very emotional. She lobbied personal insults and took on a bullying stance. I stated I was extremely unhappy with my experiences and wouldn’t hesitate to share (pretty expected after treating a good client really poorly). Bizarrely, Missy scheduled multiple “meetings” with me and the practice manager on conference call—again, I’m a paying client. They tried to compel me to sign a non-disparagement agreement to continue with already-paid services?? They also called me repeatedly. It felt personal, bullying, and harassing. It was truly such a bizarre situation. I’m happy to find spa services elsewhere. The RNs and staff were all sooo lovely—it’s too bad their boss is slightly unhinged.
