At one year out after hyaluronic acid filler injection, there still may be some filler present....and you appear to be demonstrating a late reaction to it.
I recommend that your return to your provider's office for evaluation and treatment.

From your photos, I note a transverse "roll" of skin of the lower eyelid associated with a droop of the lid.
Injection of Botox by itself does not cause eyebags. However, if there was significant swelling / bruising after your procedure, you may have developed adhesions, preventing upward movement of the lower lid.
Continue follow up with your surgeon as you may ultimately become a candidate for a scar release.

It is important to know how long it has been since your procedure as complete nerve regeneration may take 18-24 months (or occasionally even longer!).
Neuropraxia involves a transient loss of nerve conductivity following injury but no loss of nerve physical continuity. It will usually begin to resolve within 6 weeks.
Axonotmesis occurs if the nerve is disrupted but its sheath is intact. Nerve regeneration will occur over time, but the end result may be imperfect.
Neurotmesis is complete nerve transection. There will be no return of function.
Electrodiagnostic tools are available to differentiate among these entities. If neurotmesis is diagnosed, repair is indicated. Otherwise, one will usually recommend watchful waiting for signs of functional return, which will occur slowly over time.
As you are demonstrating signs of partial return of function (assuming it has been less than several years since your procedure), I recommend continued follow up care with your surgeon. Facial exercises in front of a mirror may be of benefit.
Botox is a muscle paralyzer. I don't recommend its use while you are still recovering from your last procedure.

A: A buffalo hump is a posterior fat repository (dorso-cervical fat pad) at the junction of the neck and thorax.
Botox is a temporary muscle paralyzer and is used to minimize facial wrinkles, treat migraine headaches, and treat muscular spasm. It will not shrink a buffalo hump. However, injectable kybella may be of benefit as a non-surgical alternative to surgery. If large, however, surgical removal is recommended.
Botox is used to treat patients who suffer from torticollis, a spasmodic condition which results in a shortened neck.

From your photo, I note a well healed slightly depressed scar placed almost completely within the left nasolabial fold which creates a subtle contour deformity on the skin surface which casts shadows upon oblique lighting. Your skin demonstrates signs of early aging.
To lessen its appearance, intradermal and subdermal injection of a tissue filler, will "level" out the fold and the scar. The result is temporary, lasting about 6 months and may be repeated as necessary.
As aging continues over the years, the lines may gradually deepen and worsen over time, ultimately requiring a facelift.
