Hi I’m Dr. Scott Gayner, a board certified facial plastic surgeon in Central Pennsylvania. My philosophy is to give my patients a beautiful, natural look. We aim to treat our patients with kindness and respect and provide 1-on-1 attention in an unhurried, trusting environment.

I am certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I am specialized in body plastic surgery. I only perform body plastic surgery, both invasive and non-invasive procedures. I have over 26 years of experience in plastic surgery. I am also an artist, creating in oil paint, pastels and clay.
