I came to Dr. Ngo for Sculpsure as I’ve had saddlebags on my thighs since I was a kid. No amount of diet or exercise ever seemed to help reduce the size. He was very kind and answered all of my questions before the procedure. The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable, but overall ok. I did the treatment twice and my pants now fit so much better!

AVOID. I paid $5000 for Sculpsure here. Every time I went in, I specifically requested for settings to be maxed, but my requests were not complied with. WTF? I paid $5000 for a treatment whose sole purpose is to destroy fat cells with a laser machine, which is why I asked for max settings to maximize that effect, yet that request was denied even though the manufacturer's design of having multiple settings is meant to suit client preferences (to choose their own trade-off between short-lived, mild discomfort versus maximal results of permanent fat cell death, and if max settings do not increase efficacy but increases discomfort, why would the manufacturer create the option for increased settings?), which meant that my $5000 treatment didn't give me the best possible results that the technology is capable of delivering because the settings were set to something lower than I had requested for. For $5,000 and having my requests for my setting preferences denied, I am dissatisfied with the Sculpsure treatments I received here. Smart Medicine SF has also been ignoring my last two emails regarding this issue.
