After a ton of research I decided to go with Dr. Sayed for my BBL and full body lipo. From the moment he walked in I felt so comfortable with him. His bedside manner is great and he is so smart! He explained everything thoroughly and assured me that he would not do something he wouldn't feel comfortable doing on his family members. After my procedure I was immediately impressed with my results of course there's still a ton of swelling but it already looks amazing. From the time I first called with a thousand questions for Christine-who took the time to clearly and very friendly answer them and make me feel comfortable my experience was amazing. Then from first meeting Dr Sayed and Christine in person i felt like i was in the very best care. Dr Sayed educated me thoroughly about all my options-including how to get ready for surgery, what to expect each step of the way, healing etc. Every question or concern was answered immediately by Christine or Dr even on the weekends. And on top of all that my results are amazing! After years of trying to get my pre children shape back-my results have my figure looking better than I have ever looked! So so happy!

All of my post-pubecent life I have had small breast and I was always feeling insecure and never felt confident about my appearance. I finally made the decision to get BA surgery this summer and I am so happy I did. At first I was nervous about the surgery but Dr. Sayed was thorough in his explanation of the process and made me feel at ease. Dr. Sayed performed my surgery on 6/6/15 and I got saline implants with 400cc on my left breast and 455cc on my right. The surgery went incredibly smooth and the recovery has been even smoother. I had little discomfort and no pain. I am three weeks post-op and my breasts are healing beautifully. I am still unsure about what my final size will be, as I am still dealing with some swelling, but so far I am fitting into 36C/34D. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Sayed and I would recommend his work to anyone who is looking to get a breast augmentation.

Hello everyone! I have been doing my research. I feel excited and nervous from day to day. I've watched so many videos I think I spooked myself. I am 5'4 and 145lbs. I'm told to be 150 lbs by surgery date. Does anyoned have results with similar height and weight? I'm in San Francisco flying to Miami for my procedure. We didn't hold conversations but the fact he acknowledged my excitement to meet him personally for my procedure, set a good foundation of trust for me. That is a great thing! Updated on 8 Aug 2018: So i reached 150 lbs which was suggested for the best results. I am uncomfortable!! Ive gained more than 10lbs.for the best results possible. I sure hope it was all worth it(prayers). I am going to try and post more before pics cause for me i feel like that's what i want to see too when i am seeking result pics for BBL. I am 2 months out and money is getting tight!! Any tips on the most important supplies to bring?? I am so nervous I won't be prepared cause money is tight trying to pay for everything. Help! Updated on 4 Sep 2018: Here is a before picture. I absolutely plan on taking an after picture too. I will take more than one. I just really want to imagine this and absorb the difference pre and post surgery. One my body changes..there is no going back. I'm really don't want to forget so I am appreciating my body now. Updated on 16 Sep 2018: I got all the testing done and it was a lot due to my job. I took a whole day off and still had two appointments the following day. After it was all completed though the results came quickly. I was cleared for surgery a couple days later. So it's official and it's really going down!!! I am so excited and nervous. Money is getting tight, making sure my kids are taken care of while i'm gone, avoiding the trolls at work trying to figure out why im so secretive, and trying to keep myself positive has veen a challenge. Not only am u going solo, I haven't told my family cause they will stress me out. It's taking it's toll on me. I need support!! My surgery is Sept 28th DOLLS!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME.....I'm so excited to see the new me!! Updated on 27 Sep 2018: I landed in Miami yesterday. I went to my pr-op appt today. It's a busy spot. I paid for my drug test, signed some paperwork, and met my doctor. Dr. Stayed is awesome. I've searched him a lot and feel although his work isn't shown often he is smart and know what he is doing. I trust him with my body and my life. I truly believe he will deliver what I want to look like from this surgery. I'm so excited!! Updated on 27 Sep 2018: First, I want to say Kayla is great. I have seen some reviews that weren't the best but my experience personally hasn't been bad. Both her husband, her mother, and herself have been very engaged and super helpful. Their setting is in their home so it is like being a part of their everyday lives. There are two beds in a room and two sectioned off and partitioned. It's not much privacy but it works out. For someone ike me coming solo its just what i need. I want people around, things i need to recover, and someone experienced to look out for me. I got the faja, board, and Lipo boards from Kayla. It's way cheaper than Jolie. So far it's been good. My surgery is tomorrow so I'll know more about how well I'm taken care of after the fact. I'll update tomorrow. Wish me luck!! I'm excited!! Updated on 13 Oct 2018: The picture on the left is my pre-op after gaining 15 lbs for this surgery. The picture on the right is one week post op. I took my garment and Lipo foams off. I am still bruised and swollen in the pic. I also had five massages before flying home. I stood most the flight cause I could only sit on my pillow comfortably for 10 minutes at a time . My garment now at two weeks post op is really big so I am getting another sent from my recovery house Keyla since she knows what to get rather than guess online. She has been really helpful even after I am home. I can't wait to get it! I went back to work at 1 1/2 weeks too. I got a stand up desk before I left th o Miami. Being on my feet all day is no fun!!!
