Dr. Curtsinger was amazing! From start to finish he made my experience fun and exciting. He was patient with all of my questions, very knowledgeable about the procedures I had done, and told me exactly what to expect before, during, and after. I had the mommy makeover, complete with a breast augmentation and tummy tuck 360 lower body lift with muscle repair and a hernia repair. He was so kind and patient to answer my call post surgery when I had questions or concerns after hours. Elaine was equally kind and and just such a sweet lady. I am so pleased with my procedures post surgery!!! I highly recommend Dr. Curtsinger and would do this again. My confidence has definitely boosted and I get so many compliments. I’ve been told I look like I’m in my 20’s again (I’m 49!) Thank you Dr. Curtsinger, Elaine, and staff for a smooth and seamless journey!

From start to finish. He, his nurses, and his office were and have been extremely professional and timely in all of my care and concerns. I was treated with dignity and respect. He explained what was best for me due to extreme weight loss and he did not disappoint!! I will be returning for the last haul of my skin removal!

I went in for an inverted nipple surgery and breast augmentation everything turned out amazing the healing was very quick I felt back to normal after 2 weeks!the shape and size is exactly what I wanted. Dr.curtsinger had amazing bed side manners he understood what I wanted. Also Elaine and Alyson were amazing on getting back with me with any questions I had after my surgery.

If I could give more stars, I would. Having a rare blood disease, I was hesitant on getting an elective mommy makeover procedure because I didn’t want to put my health at risk. However, Dr. Curtsinger and his team went above and beyond to answer every question, they were completely thorough and transparent with my blood specialist and myself. It’s very important to find a doctor that listens to you, and validates your concerns, as well as staff. I am extremely pleased with my results and so very grateful to everyone. He really is a miracle worker, I’m so happy to have my confidence back. After my procedure, he and his team called to check in on me numerous times, I truly feel cared for as a person, not just a patient.

Experience from the beginning until now is awesome. I’ve had Dr. Curtsinger years ago for a breast reduction and came back for my mommy makeover. Bedside manners are amazing and an absolutely love all of his staff. This office has a great group of people from beginning until now. Truly fantastic! From start to finish, Dr. Curtsinger has been amazing. I could not be happier with the results. I lost 150lbs and had significant loose skin. I was working out but still had the loose skin that was causing massive irritation and skin breakdown. Dr. Curtsinger gladly saw me as a patient and discussed with me what my end goal was. I am now one year out. I can run again without skin breakdown, I can wear shorts again without skin breakdown, and most importantly, I can feel confident again. Best decision made. Dr. Curtsinger is thorough and truly cares about his patients and their outcomes.

Dr. Curtsinger is AMAZING! I recently had a mommy makeover consisting of a tummy tuck with muscle repair and hernia repair, along with a breast augmentation using 580cc silicone under the muscle.

From the very beginning when I went for my consultation, he and his staff were so friendly and helpful. What should have only been an hour long consultation lasted nearly 2 hours because after his very thorough examination, they actually took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed for a single second. They made sure that I knew exactly what to expect from the suggested procedures. Once I was able to review my options, I made my decision on which procedures I wanted and Elaine very clearly went over pricing and payment options with me and had me booked for surgery within two months of my consultation.

My recovery has been the easiest and Dr. Curtsinger and his staff have been available to quickly address any questions or concerns that I have had. I am 4 weeks post-op today and my scars are looking better than other scars I have seen at nearly 1 year post-op.

This surgery was a great experience for me. I am 56 years old. Before surgery, I weighed 157 lbs. My waist measured 35" and me hips were 41". Dr. Curtsinger removed 6 lbs of excess skin during surgery and I have lost another 6 lbs post surgery. My waist is now 29" and my hips are 36". This surgery is a game changer! The circumferential body lift is one of Dr. Curtsinger specialties. He is an amazing doctor: smart, kind, and compassionate. I went from size 10/12 to a 6. Even my bra fits better. This surgery addresses all problem areas: removal of excess tummy fat and skin (post child birth which I could never seem to lose regardless of diet and exercise), butt lift (amazing, you'll have your 25 yr old behind back!), eliminates back fat rolls (you don't need a new bra or spanx- you need this surgery), and a thigh lift. Dr. Curtsinger is truly one of a kind. I had been looking into getting a breast augmentation with a lift for the past 9 years. I had done a total of 5 different consultations throughout my search. Nobody made me feel so at ease and confident about the decision until I stepped into Savannah Plastic Surgery. From the consultation to post-op, Dr. Curtsinger and his team have been nothing short of informative, responsive, and caring.

The surgery itself was a breeze. I have never had surgery or anesthesia prior to this. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. The nurses were amazing and gave me the upmost reassurance throughout the entire process. Recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be. I ended up not needing to use the heavy pain killers and felt back to myself by about 2 weeks.

For some background info, I am 5’3” and fluctuate between 150-160 lbs. I started with a deflated B/C cup from 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding. I went with 560cc HP implants and could not be more pleased with my results. I would use Dr. Curtsinger again and again. I highly recommended him to anyone looking to improve their confidence!

I consulted with Dr Curtsinger thinking I needed a tummy tuck. He told me to get the outcome I wanted, I’d do better with a lower body lift, muscle repair, and he’d do a smal BBL. We discussed a breast reduction that could be covered by insurance. I opted for all of the above, drainless. I also knew what size I wanted my breast to end up. It may or may not be covered, but we wouldn’t know til he went in. After surgery, we knew that it wouldn’t be covered, but I was thankful he listened. I had no pain at all surgery day. After that, it was a 2/10.

2 weeks in, I did get a seroma. He was got me in immediately and managed it. It was a process, but the team was all over it making sure it healed correctly. Anytime I have called, they have been quick to answer. If it’s after hours, they call back or will call the next business day.

Dr Curtsinger told me I’d go from an 8/10 to a 4-8 and lose at least 10 pounds. The procedure took 9 pounds of fat and skin off. I’m down 20 pounds and in a size 4/6 just 3 mos out. I couldn’t be happier. This has been life changing.
