I've always wanted bigger breasts to even out my proportions (I have a large bottom half and was a B cup most my life). After breastfeeding for years and saving my money, I finally got them done! Dr. Sessa and his team are nice and make you feel comfortable. Not overly helpful with sizing, "whatever you want" attitude and sizers but didn't look at goal photos or help much. I feel like I ended up bigger than I wanted, but still much better than they were! Also, one moves around
