Dr. Emily Jiles is great! She is professional and kind. I had a breast reduction and a lift that turned out beautiful and I am so thankful I chose her to do my surgery. She also did my fillers and dysport injections, which look very natural and she takes her time to make sure the results are good. I would highly recommend Dr Jiles.
I lost over 100lbs and was left with loose hanging skin. I had a Tummy Tuck in December 2021, and Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) on July 15, 2022. Dr Jiles with her female surgical expertise help mold and shape me back to my figure. She listened to my concerns and addressed them explaining to me what to expect and my results. If you are seeking a compassionate , talented surgeon Dr. Jiles is the BEST!
Im posting this for the first procedure I had with dr jiles so everyone who searches lipo can also see my review for lipo. I’m a two time patient of Dr. Jiles. After I had my second baby, dr jiles performed liposuction of my front abdomen and sides. I can say I had a lifetime of difficulty with uneven love handles. I had to purchase larger bottoms in order to not cut into my sides. My results were amazing and have stayed amazing 1.5 years later. For those of you considering lipo, remember the most important thing is your after care. WEAR YOUR GARMENTS!!!! If not, it’s your own fault for not receiving your optimal results! My second procedure was to have a breast lift and implant. 10,000% amazing results! Dr. Jiles is detailed and takes her time to make sure she is happy with her work so you can be happy! She is honest during the consult process and will tell you up front if you could end end up with results that could cause another problem that you could be unhappy with! This is important in a plastic surgeon as I have had many consults prior to finding Dr. Jiles. Not one other surgeon told me what could happen if I chose to do this or that. Other doctors expect you to come back to fix the next thing your unhappy with. Again, the key to making sure to receive best results is to follow pre and post op procedures in their entirety! I will forever be grateful for the self confidence and beautiful body she has given me thus far. I will be back for one more surgery for the back of my legs within the next year. My mom will also be going in for a consult to redo her breast because she is so happy with my results! Dr jiles is so worth it to me I drive 2 hours for my Botox and fillers as well! Thank you Dr Jiles for making me the woman I am today!!!!!!

I've been doing research for over two ears nd o finally found my doctor Emily Jiles at smart shape body's. I'm super excited and nervous also scared. Anyone out there having surgery on the same day md location?? Updated on 21 Jun 2020: Ouuu I’m so excited and nervous next weekend it’s all going down Updated on 9 Jul 2020: Had surgery yesterday and I feel great draining very well able to use the bathroom taking all my medicine and stool softener. I get my first massage today can't wait. Looking forward to taking a shower!! Updated on 23 Feb 2021: My dr did recommend me to have a tummy tuck but I was scared to go under so much at once but overall I love the way she reshaped my butt n waist since I already had a canvas to work with! I will say I'll be back to see her for a tummy tuck next year!!
I had my surgery on July 23,2021; initially I was super happy! Still sort of is, except, my hips went down more than where I started out at & my butt did th exact same thing... I think I'm ok with the lipo, but I don't know, the staff and doctor herself were complete angels! So nice, kind, helpful and accommodating. I never felt so comfortable anywhere else in so long honestly, I felt safe & comfortable. That alone gets the 5 stars... Cons: I was told that the massages were in my $10k+ procedure, however, that was false and instead of being forward with me on the subject? All I received were recommendations to unrelated businesses. I do feel more fat could've been removed do to the extra areas, and more fat transferred to my hips (outer thighs) because I truly feel I could've just gotten liposuction(from there or anywhere else) for much much cheaper. I did want to get all future procedures done there also & referred 3 people who might still be considering booking theirs (it's just now almost 2 months later and they see how my results has disappeared so quickly after following everything and being on a strict diet which I'm still on) and I was only given one faja (had to buy one out-of-pocket from amazon)
If after liposuction you are bothered by unwanted loose, sagging skin - depending on where it is on the abdomen and to what extent the best result might actually be obtained by excising the excess. It may consist of a shorter excision of the lower abdominal skin only - which may be referred to sometimes as a “mini tummy tuck” type of excision. If there is sagging of the upper abdomen and beyond, likely a full tummy tuck would pull the skin enough to help resolve lumpiness, as well as treat the extra skin. If you have some diastasis recti (or bulging of your abdominal wall), this would be the ideal treatment for you, killing two birds with one stone. There are “noninvasive” methods on the market of course, but I would consider those only if expecting a moderate improvement in skin laxity, and likely wont help with a lumpy, bumpy appearance.
