This review is for the staff, Cynthia in particular. She is absolutely amazing and talented as an injector. She has gone out of her way to employ different techniques to get the results I am after and to make me as comfortable as possible. My results always look natural, never overdone or obvious.

I really like this office and the staff. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable and very thorough with my vitalize chemical peel. I was really happy wth the results, my skin was more smooth and had less hyper-pigmentation. I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love all the staff... from the moment I walked in the door to leaving, I was completely made to feel like I was family - top priority, not a number. I have returned again and again to be treated by Cynthia for botox and fillers, Odi for various spa treatments and both Nicole & Monica did my coolsculpting. I saw Dr. Ortegon for my consultation for mommy makeover and he was honest in saying that I needed a Breast Lift (not implants) and Tummy Tuck with lipo. Lisa then explained the entire surgery process and I can't wait for my surgery. The cute girl up front is always so helpful....I just cannot say enough about everyone there!!!!

I’m about 8 months post op from breast augmentation. At first for consultation the dr and the staff seemed very informative and caring. Everything appeared to had gone well after surgery and was seeing Cynthia instead of dr delio which I thought was not professional. He operated on me and then after that only Cynthia would check me and she was very rough with my boobs. I get it that she was trying to help I guess but she was tooo rough. The thing is that after a month my right boob started bleeding from the sutures like a lot! I freaked out. It turned out to be a hematoma which Cynthia should had known after seeing me. So that day she rushed me back to the hospital and got operated again. New implant. I get it that things like these could happen but she was very rough and saw that my boob was not looking all that good from my suture in the beginning and should had gotten the doctor to see me and check it out. Either way I bled and that’s how I got operated once more. Then right after that operation I didn’t see the doctor again only Cynthia that’s when I was like this doctor doesn’t care! He should had gone in there to check up on me but nope... only Cynthia. They need to care more for their patients. I honestly don’t and won’t recommend anyone to come here. I felt like they were pretty much like—give us your money, here are your boobs, bye... oh! One is damaged let’s pop that one out and you are all good as new...Next!!
