A: Anything that causes injury and subsequent inflammation in the skin can cause scar tissue to form. This definitely makes the surgery more difficult, but surgeons are used to working under these circumstances, and it should not affect your result

A: It is safe to have Botox even with a thyroid condition. There is no interaction with the thyroid gland as the botox is injected into the muscle which is superficial to the thyroid
A: Yes, this can happen. You may have gotten a little to much botox in your forehead which can result in a drooping of the brow. I would tell your doc and try using a lower dose in the forehead
