A: That looks like a reasonable result. Check with your plastic surgeon to make sure they feel comfortable that they can achieve it but it does not look like you want anything extreme.

A: Totally depends on what your goal is. The liposuction will help contour your body and possibly give you abdominal definition. The bbl will add volume to your hips and butt.

A: At your age and after having 3 kids you will most likely need a tummy tuck with the BBL for the best result. That being said you should pick a couple surgeons in your area and get some consultations and compare what everyone says and thinks after an exam. I would only go to a board certified plastic surgeon and RealSelf is great with telling you what type of doctor you are looking at by telling you what they are board certified in if you have any uncertainty.

A: Personally I would do the liposuction and the fat transfer FIRST and then do the extended tummy tuck second; I think doing the liposuction first allows you to take more skin out at the second surgery because the bulk is not there. That being said, every surgeon has a different vision and a path to get there with you. I would totally find someone who’s work you like and discuss what and why they want to do to get you what you want.,
