Kelly and her team were instrumental for my speedy recovery after a number of major procedures. She was professional, caring, knowlegable and accomodating. From the moment she picked me up after the surgery, I felt like I am in the best hands. She took care of me better than a family member would. She managed everything: meds intake, showers, drains, meals etc. Because of her care, my drains were removed at the first visit. Its is equaly important to get good post care in addition to picking right doctor. I cant thank Kelly and her team enough for all the love and care. She is truly the best!

My doctor office recommended RKG as home health care since I had no one to assist me after my surgery. I contacted RKG and Kelly G (the owner) reached back out immediately to see if I would prefer a video or phone consultation; then provided details for our consultation. On the evening of our video consultation; Kelly provided me with her experience and credentials. Also, she wanted to know what procedures I was having to best provide me with how much after care I would need. Kelly told me things I would need to do before and after surgery. Additionally, she answered questions I had. Kelly made it very clear she was not trying to sell anything to me. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Based on Kelly’s professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and previous reviews from clients; I decided to book with RKG. I like that RKG allowed you time to pay your balance as well as break it up into multiple payments sources (i.e. Venmo, after pay, credit card, etc.). Also I appreciate Kelly checking on me the days leading up to my surgery. On the morning of my surgery; Kelly picked me up from my home, put my luggage in her car, and transported me to surgery. She was right there waiting next to me after recovering ? ! Kelly took me to my hotel and stayed with me for three days. For a portion of one day her employee, Christie, assisted me and was super helpful and sweet. While in RKG’s care they helped me get up and down, they recorded and dumped my drains, reminded me to eat and take meds, helped me in the shower with drains in. I only booked 3 days with RKG, but I needed 12 more hours and Kelly made it happen. She taught me how to put my garment compression on with the foams, record and dump my own drains, and how to get up/down by myself. Also, Kelly took the time to check in with me after our contract ended and I do not take this for granted because she is super busy running her company. If you are considering surgery then do yourself a favor and hire RKG; it will be the best investment you make on yourself while recovering. You can NOT take care of yourself alone; your body will NOT allow it.

If you are contemplating or scheduled for a procedure, RKG will be one of the key factors in your overall success. I'm currently almost 3 weeks post op, and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, my recovery and experience would not have been as seamless if it weren't for Kelly and her team. My relationship with Kelly started months before my surgery. She was a sounding board for my questions and provided me with key information to ease my mind and help me prepare for surgery day. I used RKG for transportation to and from the procedure, and 24 hour care the 3 days following. I was truly able to rest as Kelly and her team guided me through drainage care, medications, nutrition, hydration, and movement. They have all the pro tips you wouldn’t even know you needed. My mom, who was also staying with me as a support person, was beyond thankful RKG was part of my recovery. I've consulted with Kelly several times post op and she's recommended lymphatic massage amongst other necessities, and remains someone I can consult with. I can't emphasize enough, RKG should be part of your surgical plan....before, during, and after. It is by far and in large the best decision I made. I can not recommend their services enough.

My husband and son promised they would take care of me after my extended tummy tuck with lipo and abdominal wall repair. I was 100% sure that was not true. RKG was recommended by the physician’s office, so I gave them a call. When I tell you that EVERYTHING is taken care of, I mean EVERYTHING. They check in with your surgeon, they check to make sure you have all your pre-op supplies and information on your aftercare. They pick you up and calm you down on the drive over to the surgery center. They’re waiting for you when you are done and are there with you as a cheerleader and nurse. You don’t want your significant other changing out dressings and helping you pee. Your man might love you, but he won’t know if you need an IV infusion or who to call that will come right to you and hook you up while you recline comfortably, watching Bravo on your couch. And he’s not going to stay on top of charting your meds, keeping up with your fluids or stripping your drains. Want to make sure you take all your meds on time? They’re on it. I credit the expert attention from RKG for cutting my intensive recovery time from a week down to 5 days. When RKG was gone, I would find myself yelling across the house for help and hearing crickets back. I almost called Kelly to book her to drive the three hours to my house to help. I cannot understate how much better your experience with surgery will be. 10/10 Don’t hesitate. Book it.
