Lili is extremely cruel. She never remembers you and goes on the same 10 minute long schpeal every time you see her if the doctors are not available. She makes you feel incredibly bad about your skin, shaming every product you use. Her skills are mediocre. I always have to go somewhere else to fix her mistakes. Stick to seeing Dr. Becker and Dr. Rastegar.
