My first rhinoplasty left me with a horrible hanging columella that was pointed downward and looked so bad when I smiled. Dr. Karimi fixed this and did a wonderful job. This review is long overdue. I went to see Dr. Kian a few months ago, and I had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, he took the time to patiently explain everything to me, answer all of my questions and make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.
